Why is SumpFuchs hosted images not working?
when eve i see an image thatwas hosted in sumpfuchs image host it always says " Ooops, no image at this adress. Please check the adree or re-upload the image" :P
Probably because of bandwidth problems. A lot of people are using his imagehosting server.

its usually always because of bandwidth problems, it cant be helped that a lot of ppl are using that as their image host.
Wrong. Sump resets the host maybe 3 times now. He can handle the bandwitdh :)

hmmmm so i guess its because he reset the host? or some internal problems, maybe he just wants to use the host for himself lol :)
Yeah problems. I think it my fault xD. He tried to change the limitation of the resolutions but that cause more damage than good :)

so why cant everyone just use imageshack er sumthing
Imageshack degrades quality and sump provides 3 megs support.

oh.. then what about photo bucket is there still a difference?
I dont think PB decreases quality but their limitations are more strict than ImageShack. They do have a better thumbnail gallery system then IS IMO. Sump doesnt have this type of system at all :p

Ok, heres the deal, as written out on the image hosting page
Maximum file upload size is 3MB or 3072KB, Images will only be deleted if they are not directly
viewed for 15 days.
The maximum image file size seems to be random, sometimes images over i believe it is 2.6 MB is size get turned down, do not know why, still have not been able to find out why.
As for the no image found item, Images will only be deleted if they are not directly viewed for 15 days.
as this states, the image hosting script will automaticly delete images of which are not directly accessed for 15 days, directly accessing the image is clicking a link to the image, or typing the image address into your address bar in your browser.
Bandwidth is not a problem, being that in the month of febuary i only used if i remember correctly 3-5% of my total allowed bandwidth.

for some reason, they dont, i had expected them too, but they dont, if your image does get deleted a quick way to get it back is to know what the name of your image was (if you dont you can find out by right clicking, the name of the image will be in the url, such as http://www.sumpffuchs.com/img/getimg/IMAGENAME.JPG *.JPG can also be .gif, .png, ect. ect.*) and re-upload the image to the image host using the same name, then you will not need to edit your signature on anywhere you were using it at being that the image will then be able to be found on the webspace again.
