I agree with the above posts, if you worked on learning shapes of faces then your fanart would probably look exactly like the anime :)

Thanks for the positive feedback and helpful advice =D I'll try and practise anime faces more so I can be the BEST! mwahahaha only kidding, i think NebbweN is the best still, check out his fanwork on Bleach Portal (espec Aizen Sousuke - totally flawless work!)
And i'll quickly upload another Renji pic i drew... Renji is just the damn best!

sorry for worse quality than the previous pics, they were taken on my scanner and this was from webcam >.< stupid A3 wont fit on A4 scanner! The kanji looks like it was done in ink but i just shaded in extra dark with pencil ^^
