Starting from April there will be new opening and ending songs according to the Jump that came out yesterday. The new opening song is by a band called "UVERworld" you can check them out at www.uverworld.jp (http://www.uverworld.jp). The new ending song is by a girl named younha ユンナ says she 16 years old but I've never heard of her go here to check her out www.younha.net (http://www.younha.net). I will personally miss the current opening and ending because I feel they fit the anime well, but who knows. I look forward to it in April.

I agree. I also hope that those new opening and ending songs will be as good as the current ones.

You are so right! The beginning song suits BLEACH so well, it's amazing. My younger brother, (who has read volumes 1-5, but hasn't seen the anime), listened to the song and said: "Wow...it's perfect for BLEACH. It just sounds like...I dunno, the sound effects or something. erg, it just fits"
Yeah...he's odd^^. But anyway, how long was the original beginning song supposed to be? I downloaded the full version, but it was only thirty-one seconds long....(I want it to be longer!! it's so good!!)

If you want it longer download it it's called *Asterisk by Orange Range. As of right now I do not know the name of either song. As far as I know both artist are fairly new. Neither of them have posted the name of the songs on their website.

Orange Range was the perfect band to do the intro. The new group will have alot to live up to. But given the popularity of the show I'd imagine the producers will be careful and make sure the new themes work well.
PS: Example of popularity. It's on TV up here in Aomori and that says alot. We only get about 6 shows per week on our whopping 5 TV channels. You get more anime on TV in the US than in Aomori. So the fact that Bleach got the Fridays at 4:00 pm prime time slot says alot for the shows success.
PSS: The full original theme is like four minutes long for the person asking about a longer than 30 sec cut.

I hope the new openning will be better from Orange range. But I think Orange range is cool too. Do you know band called Move? It's great! I love MOVE forever.
