Arrankar in chapter 25?

OMG, look in this chapter (volume 3)they show grand fisher get turned in to a Arrankar (or he all ready was one)and they show two other Arrankar.
Its like kubo tite thinks out every thing far in advance.

Yea, this is kinda old but still interesting. I wonder why they excluded this certain part from the anime.
