what do i do wrong?

as you can see my sig it has 256 colors cause this is the only way to remove the white bg and make this! any help to to do it with some other way...

I think you shoul find a "real" render (transparent BG) and save the image as png instead of gif, Mr IE user lol

First of: Never use .gif for sigs, unless you're making animations. The only advantage .gif has is smaller file size, but that is in expense of quality.

Use .png for transperant sigs, and .jpg for everything else.
