ok i got this huge Scan pic from Mai Otome i want to make a wallpaper with, the only problem is that its darn bad quality. so here is the question.
how can i make it look good without ruining the whole pic? ^^

Maybe grassian blur it (just a tiny little blur), play around with brightness/contrast or curves
not very with low quality images, I mostly only use images that I rendered, which are all high quality... lol

actually what I do with low quality images is 'gausian blur' at '3px' and fade (Ctrl+Shift+F) on 'hard light'
But I guess you already got the gausian blur idea lol

anyhow. what i do is use the curve settings. and maybe gassusian blurr
