Poster Attempt

Seeing as there seem to be no good Bleach posters in existence, I have set out to make my own, based on this screenshot (http://www.pioneerstreet.com/te/william/images/bleachscreen.jpg) from the first anime opening sequence. Basically I'm using Photoshop to re-construct the art in high-res (300 dpi), with just the intention of printing a small 8.5x11 wall-hanging.

Here is a gif I will update periodically, showing my progress:

I'm currently up in the air as to how much I want to change the colors.

The real reason I'm posting though, is I'm wondering if anyone else has done something similar?

Thanks for the comments! I'm on break now, and several hundred miles from that Photoshop file, and afterwards my efforts might proceed slowly for a couple weeks with finals, but I fully intend to get the damn thing hanging on my wall ASAP, and Rukia is the next task. (I have to vectorize everything, because without a tablet I can't get away with any sort of freehand tracing, so she'll probably be a tremendous pain to detail properly, especially given that I have no knowledge whatsoever of how to actually draw anime.)

By the way, what should I put in the lower left corner on top of the green band? Obviously I don't want to stick with the director credit for a poster...

First of all.. have fun during your break and take your time on working on that... at least I'm patient with waiting...

Second to answer your question... I don't know whether you'll like my suggestion or not... maybe you can have a mirror reflection of the word "Bleach" on the right side or... hmmmm maybe your signature (or your name to mark your work)
I'll come back to it... can't think now...
