Yeah i could do Rukia themed wallpaper but theres one problem i dont got too much skill in makin wallpapers etc so it would end as crappy wallpaper and i think that if i cant do something really good so that i would be proud of it than better leave it undone ( : so ill just stick to posting my opininon that u already know : d

if u are referring to minitokyo, the server just moved to singapore and the loading speed is much faster now...
