Hi!

Does anyone know where can I download ALL versions of the anime-version(video) of the 4° Ending - Houki Boshi????

I know Bleachportal has all, but I want the RAW version , without subs

Uh you mean without the credits? Those dont exist or on a special release (OVA, etc).

what is RAW? the file size are bigger so maybe that's something different. so what is RAW?

RAW is basically what you would see on Japanese TV on a Sunday night... ie. no sub title... (the lines of english at the bottom of the screen, it is a translation of what the characters are saying in Japanese... XDD)!!!!
