Nichigo GMV: Personally 1 of the best I've seen here. Love the effect the colors are great Everything blends great and the text its in great ^^ lol Can u show me a tut for that? >=)

Muzam: Like the effect going but... It isn't really eye pleasing and could've used a better border. :/

Itsovernow: The b/g is too contrasted and looks a bit C4d'd. I also dont like the text. Just doesn't fit in right. The render should blend in more also :/

It's just not very appealing and I think you should have put your text more to the right.

muazam,
Your way of blending is really n00b. I sugest you read some tut's about it. I also think the text is quite bad because it has the same color as the bg on some parts so it is really hard to read.

although its abit too bright its good. not even gonna ask how you did the line details around Ryu cuz i'm a total noob. really nice though. but like i said. abit bright, its hard ot make out the text. the 'ryu' is fine, but the 'hadoken' is a bit of a strain on the eyes.

Itsovernow; the only thing that kills this sig is the text. other than its a god sig. it flows well and the colors flow quite well too.

muazam; bg is ok. blending is......not the best. text is unreadable. and the border is almost unseeable. the brushing behind the render is ok, but the bg as a whole feels abit flat IMO.
