The grenade one wasn't real, it was just a pic that my brother got from his friend but the sign one is real. A couple of guys actually made it and put it up.

I've seen the grenade one in person. An army-navy surplus store had one such "Complaint Department" device set up. Another hillarious one, is a rat trap, set, with a button on the trigger, saying: "Complaint Department: Press button to Complain"
