The Covert Ops and School of Demon Magic?

As most of us know, the Gotei 13 is just one of the protectors of Soul SOciety in the Manga/Anime, and I suppose we could consider ourselves "protectors" of Club Bleach in a way, here. However, we tend to forget taht there are two other groups...

The Covert Ops and School of Demon Magic aslo make up the different sections of Soul Society, apart from the Gotei13 (though, in the case of the Covert Ops, headed by those within the Gotei 13).

Will either of these institutions be realized in Club Bleach/ How do you think they could fit into the current structure of the Divisions setup? Or should they be a seperate part? Opinions, comments, etc.?

I think we have more than enough divisions and espadas as it is. Adding more would be overkill and oh think of the contests, they would be so unorganized. Besides, more of the veteran posters already are in a division. They would be led by noobs.

Maybe in time this would be a great way to help raise membership and participation in the thread. I agree, it would be very unorganized, especially if CB starts something like that now. Let's figure out all the stuff w/ the Gotei 13 and Espadas first. :) Once we get these two situated and filled up, maybe then would be a great time to introduce Covert Ops and School of Demon Magic. Again, I think this is a great idea, but not for now.

Ah, Hitsu, that is true... But am I not a newb, myself, and do we not have other newbs that are more outstanding than me? ^_^

The Contests could be on an entirely different level, too. Maybe we could get DB to head the Espadas, Darren to head the Gotei13, and maybe have some Super-Mods head the Covert Ops and School of Demon Magic.

The only thing I don't want to hear (no matter how true it may be) is that it will not work--I want to hear how it CAN work. ;)

I was thinking of giving each division something to specialize in something, and an area they can "conquer and moderate." The latter may cause some problems but worth a try :D.

I think that we could definatly impliment it when there are more members... say like a month or two after bleach goes on AS in the states, cause I don't doubt there will be a bit of a surge when it is on regular TV.

Even though I like the idea, we have to put in mind that specializing a division to something specific may not be for the better. Say division Y is one with its members not 'talented' at anything specific and say that we assign that division to be specialized in GFX. Not only will the division members might think its inappropriate for them, we will be forcing people who are good at say debating to specialize in something that they aren't good at, this might occassionally lead to making the division project a burden rather than anything else.

If we're going to introduce new 'divisions' like Sar suggested then I have to say that I'm against it. We've only got a couple of Espada divisions, incomplete as they are; a few Gotei divisions that aren't complete either and a Gotei division thats completely misssing! Opening up even more divisions would be a waste IMO.

Well, of course Sarteck means in the future. I know it can be organized, but the thing is that we need more members.

I'm think that the ops and kidoh squads could act like a stepping stone of sorts into the gotei 13. but that means we'll need to higher the general requirements of the divisions and make them only available for senior members. the others join the covert ops and such, they work their way up to gotei 13.

I had thought the Death Gods in soul society was divided into the Gotei 13, the Covert Ops and the Special Police, all ruled by Central 46.

Well, obviously this is after the divisions and Espada are filled...

Anyway, if the Kidoushuu and Onmitsu Kidou will be implemented, then there has to be something that makes each section different from another. For example, the Gotei 13 may have areas only they can enter, or perhaps and area they Moderate (I'm just suggesting here). The Espada could have something only they can do, too (as they are supposed to be the negative of the Gotei 13, maybe they can have an option to do something that usurps the Gotei 13), and so on and so forth.

At any rate, it is my belief that should new sections be opened like Onmitsu Kidou and Kidoushuu, then theose who are members within them should have something to set them apart from the rest "unimpolyed" members.

Just want to bring up this idea again, now that we're gaining Gotei membership. Just to put it in the minds of Club Bleach. :3
