It's very interesting. The image itself doesnt' really seem edited that much, so my advice for you would be to spruce it up some more.

The font is very dramatic and fits the blood in the picture well. I like that.

Ehh, I don't know what else to tell you, seeing how I've no idea what that series your guy is from. =P
