Ah if you have a gc i recommend this game.
It can be crazy hard and easy. violence is a + basically no loading ties. they say stuff during fighting and they comment to each other. Not an rpg you go into a battle area but u move ur own char(whichever of the 8/9 u choose) and fight. its very nice. good story and supposedly a sequel to it ^_^ buy ur copy taday for i think its now at 25$ heres some cut scene pics.

gah to many lol well those r the cut scenes. red guy is main char. yellow haired girl is secondary. blue elf on boat is secondary. cant say the rest for they come in near the end.

This game is one of the best RPGs I've ever had for the GC. Lloyd is a pretty cool main character, too. (Isn't that yellow haired girl called Colette or something? O_O)

I know what you mean...;_; I HATED her ALMOST as much as I HATE Shion Uzuki. (Xenosaga.) Have you ever played 'Star Ocean: Till The End Of Time', Uzi? A character called Sophia was JUST like Colette...(Sigh) ;_;

i have the snes one...way better in my opinion lol...but yea im picking up so for ps2 when i beat the snes one.

Yeah tales of symphonia is a great game, although like you said, Colette is annoying as hell, like where she is turning into a cruix crystal and they see her skin, and she screams "don't look at me I'm hidious!" but the best Characters in the game in my opinion, are lloyd, Kratos, Sheena, Zelos and Regal, best characters ever.

^ agrees cept i had sheena genis and genis sister, i was always lyod. Sheena when she got over limit man tons of damage from water summon. etc.

Sheena was cool. WAY stronger then Colette, too. >__< Kratos, Lloyd, Sheena and Regal were my favorite characters.

I got the game back in July when it came out, TOS is probably the best RPG on the GCN so far I really enjoyed it. I think I beat it in 40 hours, my main party throughout the game was usually Lloyd, Zelos(Or Kratos), Sheena(And sometimes Regal), and Raine.

^__^ Yup! (That's how I did it in SOS-Till The End Of Time, too. Sophia was the main magic user, but does Square-Enix REALLY expect people to USE her in battle? O_O)

lol i like magic
*cyclone* when ever i used that my game slows down so much cause i get like a 50 sombo off that use sword rain:beta whirlwind and a summon electricity is absoluting amazing combined with cyclone. BEWARE ur game can freeze from it.

Baten Kaitos is a really good game, too. It annoyed me that they seemsed to be talking through tubes, though... :eek13:
