Hey guys well i could use some help
I am tring to find a good video editing software to make amvs
So far ive been using virtualdub combined with windows movie maker
Ive been suggested Avid free but that bugs and lags to much so if anyone knows any free software that could help please let me know
I have 0 Experience with Video but try Adobe Premier and After Effects.

yah i was thinking about that one but i can only find demo versions and after 30 days trial it ask you to register blah, although i dont know if that means it doesnt work anymore or not but can you tell me if after the 30 days it still works and if not give me the site where you got it please :biggrinlo

mines the full SONY software (Acid, Sound Forge and Vegas) i got from school before i dropped out

You can try limewire maybe there you can find some thing.

well after many hours of downloading new software i was finally able to get a workinf version of vegas, now all i have to do i figuere out how it works
looks simple enough, haha just wait ill start a thread asking for help with it
anyways thx guys now to my amvs

i dont think its a great idea to promote illegal internet activities on this website or at least publicly condone it.

Like DB I have below zero experience in video editing, but Adobe Premiere and After Effects are some of the renowned software I know related to video editing. You could try Windows Movie Maker but that requires a LOT of time, patience and skill. There is also a program called Sonic video editor or something of that sort. Try it out if you're interested :).

all that was said was: anyone know where i could find a free version.
that does not constitute asking for a rip'd version or anything illegal since most of these copanies do have either demo's or a lesser free version of their main products.
