There are some speculations that he is not dead, and there are some 'clues' in the book pointing out that he IS still alive. It's explained on a webpage that Kenta posted some time ago. It is a really good read, I am now thoroughly convinced that Dumbly isn't dead.

Imo, I think a decent amount of blood is going to get spilt in this one, though I don't know how Harry is going to manage killing Voldemort. I actually can't imagine Rowling covering so much ground with 1 book. I mean, there are the other Horcruxes, there's the matter of Snape and Draco, classes at Hogwarts, and the general situation of the wizarding world, not to mention the real one. I'd also like to find out what Harry's cousing saw when the dementors attacked him.

It could be a reference to the many deaths that will happen in book 7. Rowling said that at least two major characters will die, including or excluding Harry not known. I was hoping the title could be something more general and serves like an ending title ie "Return of the King".
