not sure how much this will help,
just posted in the BP comments by Kowell:
"RM Converter 2.21 pop.
Convert Real Media files to other media formats.
from download.com
pretty basic but should work."
i have no experience with it so i dunno what to tell you, ask kowell, see if he can tell you anything more.

RealMedia Encoder is the offical software from RM. Pick it up at their site.

From Real.com there is Realproducer 10 basic, it DOES work to convert avi to rmvb or rm, and it is the program the subbers at Narutocentral.com use to do the same thing for naruto avis. It is a bit on the slow side...3 or 4 hours, but its much faster than waiting for Bleachportal to post theres. Also Xilisoft video converter worked on some of mine but not others, its a demo version but with enough searching you can "Un-demo it" (Though I've never done that :p) Anyway good luck
