LMAO!!!! its been controlled since the start of ISP's how many areas of content do you think are filtered already in the name of anti-virus?
companies like Microsoft use differing codecs to force you to use content compatible to their products. many sites that have information your looking for have registrations and the need to prove your part of the group they cater to.

besides this is a law the US wants to pass which means it will blow up in their faces as other countries just to spite them refuse to join in and create workarounds. only the honest will be forced to pay more.

whats absolutely hilarious is the USA home of freedom and freedom of speech again leads the world in finding ways to limit its citizenry of one more means of free speech ever since bush got in. the country has unerringly added law after law eroding one freedom after another. they are guaranteeing the erosion of the constitution guess the conservatives really do think its only a liberal piece of paper they should demolish as quickly as possible.

The bill ends "network neutrality" so basically, you dont get to chose where to connect, but your ISP choses for you... dont know when this will be enforced >.<

But from what ive heard, the senate is going to pass a bill that will preserve "net neutrality"

Found a site dedicated to this subject.
