I didn't know they were making a movie of Howl's Moving Castle. I read the book like 8 years ago, and Diana Wynne Jones is one of my favorite authors. Does anyone know any details about the movie?

Other than that it is a Studio Ghibli film....is there anything else really needed?

Yeah I can’t wait for this! Altho England is about the last place in the world to get new movies, It's not scheduled for release here until the end of September... I doubt they'll even show it here.

Lauren Bacall, Christian Bale and Billy Crystal have done the English dubbed version so that should be quite good at least.

^ yup I agree, ghibli is great! (hehe i could prolly list most of the titles and the details flawlessly) I only watched Howl recently but i think it was pretty awesome... except for some confusing parts. I guess i'll ask about those when the US version is released & more ppl have seen it :)

^ ditto~ I love the song too, SUCH an awesome voice... altho the guy singing it is kinda wierd,,,, but still.

Mononoke-hime & Nausicca, (my faves!) Castle in the Sky, Totoro (seen it too many times), and kiki's delivery service ^_^
