I have this where I keep one username for everything for a long time. The only bad thing is that I start hating the username after awhile, so then I choose a new one to start using. The one I have been known to use the most is 'anaidnotrevo', and during my 'gothic' phase, it was 'a_beautiful_death'. Being the poser that I am, I went to an online Japanese dictionary and looked up 'indifferent' and chose a word that I thought sounded 'cool'. Which is how I got this one. Shortly after that, I started using 'Kaika65' (Kaika is the name of a character in a story I was writing), and now its 'DiaMO'. I should just stick to one name, damn it >.>

For those who are unaware, the Porkchop Expres is the truck Jack Burton drives in the worlds greatest ever movie “Big Trouble in Little China”. My old snake was also called Porkchop and Porkchop Express is the name of my jet car team.

So, he is able to create bones at will, VERY STRONG bones.

Devonian I've used this name for quite a while I originally needed a name that sounded epic and cool. Even though it is techniqually an entire Era in the Pre-Cambrian period of Earth's history When highly advanced marine life appeared in young earth's oceans. However when I was thinking of Empire names no one ever heard of The Holy Roman Empire came up, so in most of my sci-fi stories started to revolve around a vast multi-galactic empire with a perfect emperor named Devonian since it sounded both achaic and epic. I eventually demed that empire the HDE or Holy Devonian Empire, and the rest is well history. I now usually use this UN in every account or at least a close variation of it.

I'll provide explanations for two usernames as there's a running theme in my tag and someone elses who posts here. (Not recently as they have been stuck in college since the end of Summer)

A2k originally derrived from the name written on a Christmas card to me in 2000 whilst I was still in school. The name on the card read as: "Ace The Perfectionist".

Now the guy who wrote that, had only recently become one of my close friends in the school, and he decided he wasn't going to use anyone's name on the Christmas cards he sent, but a little title describing everyone in his own little way.

He used "Ace" because I had a bad habbit of fiddling cards whenever we played, under shuffling, base dealing (dealing from the bottom of the deck) and various little card tricks and talents I had with cards in order to pull out some sneaky tactics for a sure fire win.

He used "The Perfectionist", because I, like himself was a good artist and if things didn't look the way we wanted, it got worked over and over until it was perfect for how it was suposed to look in our mind.

Being "The Perfectionist" tied in relatively well with being an "Ace".

Well that is how I came to decide to use the names he had given me as my "tag". It didn't look much like a tag as it stood so I abbriviated it.

Ace = A
2k = The year in which he gave it me.

Thusly my tag from then on has always been A2k. If you ever see that scrawled somewhere, chances are I was there before you. =P

The second half is another poster on the forums, A2D. He's my sibling, and he couldn't decide on a username for a forum one day, and asked me to give him a username.

I proposed that he use something related to my own tag seeing as we are brothers, and that would give people a miniscule hint, if they could work out the logic, that we were in fact related. (We often end up on the same forums - either I find a good forum and let him know or vice versa.)

As he is, he tends to be in total disagreeance with anyone and anything. If the weather is 35 degrees outside, and everyone's scorching...he'll tell you it's cold. If it's pissing with rain or a cold cloudy day, he'll have shorts and t-shirt on. He'll argue with you for the sake of disagreeing and just for fun.

Our father used to constantly say to us: AGREE TO DISAGREE!!

I have a tendency to use two words put together as my username, but I've been using those names for years so I figured I'd come up with something different. When I found this forum, I wanted a different name so I was thinking of the Bleach series since that's what I joined this forum for, to talk about it. Ever since the introductions of Captains in Bleach, I was pretty excited to see them in action when the time came. I liked it a lot, how they had super powerful shinigamis and a military in SS controlled by them, so I'm all thinking, "Wow, Captains are badass!"

I fantasized myself being a Captain in Bleach, in which that fantasy died out in my head shortly after, and later came up with my own Zanpaku-to design (see below sig). But I didn't want to use any of the names in Bleach so I used my own name and so I ended up using Captain Benjamin as my username.

HA, it still has two words, I always do that without realizing, but at least they aren't together. :face82:
