Which captain in the gotei 13 is the most evil, & which Vice-Capt. is the strongest??

To me, i think it is kuchiki byakuya who is the most evil out of all the 13 captains of the divisions, even though that shocking suprise of a person at the very end came, and i mean the manga. i am not going to say who it is that is more evil than byakuya since i don;t want to spoil everyone mood and theoir own intuition, if you want to know that shocking surpirse, read it yourself!!!!
anyhow, why is he evil cos of how emotionless he is, and how he has no attachment to anyone except to defeat those who stand in his way. plus he fights like an evil dude, and makes him so cool when he is evil.

and the other thing is the vice-captain, i believe the strongestone out there is of course Kusajishi Yachiru, cos she is funny and scary man, come on she is a vice captain of the 12th division, extremely small, has the trust of zaraki, and plus she wants to see death being made by her captain, now that is something i don't see in any other characters. She is also a mystery since she doesn't show her sword and yet it is small. to my thought, i believe that when she fights her sword and her powers will not to be undersetimated, she could hide a power like ichigo.

What about you, any thoughts as to the question, which captain is the most evil and who is the strongest vice-captain???

most evil captain i think is 3rd division... that grin... very sly n evil.. n seeing the ending in episode 27.. the sight when he opened his eyes.. woah...

for vice captain.. hmmm i not sure though.. cos i nvr seen any of 'em in action.. except for renji...

Aizen is obviously the most evil captain, he's the mastermind behind this all...

Byakuya isn't evil, he's just cold. He knew of what Rukia did, and he stood by that she should be punished.

I'm not 100% sure about Gin. He didn't kill Ichigo and such the first time, because Aizen and Gin needed the distraction to proceed with their mission.

As for the most powerful Vice-Captain, I'd have to say Abarai Renji, due to the fact he knows how to release his ban-kai, making him a very deadly foe =)

Hmm for most evil Captain I would say 12th Division's Kurotshuchi Mayuri.

For strongest Vice-Captain I don't think you can go past Abarai Renji.

There is a competition because if you look at episode 20 or 19 i think it was, there was intense heat between that two captain bakuya and that zenpaki guy, cos they acually want to fight each other, now to me isn't it suppose to be all of them working together??? instead they actually want to kill each other off to see who is strongest, now that is plain evil and yeah evil is rocking the captains of soul society, but then who would win zenpaki or byakuya??? mmm i might actually be byakuya since he doesn't really care about anyone, now tell me, is that plain evil i mean come on, he doesn't care about his sister.
on another thought, what if ichigo was byakuya and vice versa for byakuya being ichigo, which would include the kuchikis still being sibling??? mmmm byakuya would smile ^_^ but i think his evilness makes him really cool. what about rukia being evil??? might be actually something like she could actually be stronger than byakuya????

The most evil captain for me is Mayuri of the 12th Division. Because He likes to torture his own daughter Nemu and blow up his subordinates and laugh about it. What a sadistic bastard! I hope someone boil him and evaporate that punk!

The most powerful vice captain would be Renji (for the most obvious reasons if you read the manga...)

I agree that renji is strong, coz hey, he was able to touch Kuchiki-taichou with his zanpakutou. BUT we don't see enough of the other vice-captains in action.
(i personally wanted to see the fight between Kira and rangiku-san...)
(also, 5th seat of 11th divsion... how is he so strong? meaning, yachiru SHOULD be strong, but she's never in action...)
