How do you get it to where you can change those?
Is it posts needed, or length of your account being activated requirement?

I think it's post count, Hinata. I could be wrong though, since I'm new, but I've noticed that once people get around 50 posts their titles start to have variations.

I cannot change my usertitle:
You need to be a Gotei 13 Member to have access to that option.
