i need to find my video card driver info so i can update it. Anyone know where to go on windows to get this information. Also can someone reccommend a video driver update site?

if you know the model of your card, then just go to the manufactirer site and get the update if you dont know

then......:musak:

click start > run...> type in "dxdiag" without the quotes > click on "display" tab then look for the name/info

go to manufacturer site and look for update

or alternatively, right click on your desktop, select properties, go to "settings" tab and underneath display it should say something like (your card might not be the same as mine but ill give mine as an example):

"plug and play monitor on NVIDIA GeForce 6600GT"

then google the bold part to find your driver or something.
GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND.

that is not really true, thats when u already installed with the driver. usualy it says plug and play monitor

Well all you have to do is go on the manufacture website and find the drivers there. Shouldn't be too much of a problem if you know which model your video card is.
