So far, I like one piece. I'm on episode 159 and the story has been going good with alot of original/new ideas and emotional Impact that gives the series a heavy significance, But i see what people are talking about when they say "I dont like the art style" because I also think some of the character designs (Nami,Usopp) look too "Cliche" and look like something from the older days
I also hear people saying one piece has gotten to "drawn out" and is repeating some of the same things i hope it doesn't end up like DBZ/GT did, and keep on going just because they are making alot of money.
All stories have to come to a end sometime. I think Kishimoto especially is doing the right thing and focusing more on the sake of the story than the money

Naruto doesn't really stand a chance against Renji. At least, not with just the tailed amount he's shown so far. Most of the wounds people in Bleach receive from being cut (such as Tousen from Zaraki, Renji from Aizen) would prevent Naruto from being able to fight. Bleach people on the other hand have huge stamina (respective to Naruto characters) in regards to sword injuries.

Also consider, Naruto can't really force himself to go into a high tailed mode. It usually requires getting beat up for a while. Since Renji only uses a sword, Naruto wouldn't get beat up like he does in Naruto world. Since Renji can shunpo and do bankai, he already has an advantage over base/one tailed Naruto. There's a good chance Naruto would be killed in a few slashes rather than getting the chance to get beat up and frustrated enough to be forced into high tails mode.

Naruto can't really use tails without either getting seriously beat up or getting really mad. By the time he's beat up enough by Renji he will be missing arms, legs, head, and other vital parts of the body required to successful day-to-day activity.

I hated One Piece like a month ago, similar to my dislike of Naruto after I finished watching all of Bleach. I can say now though, with uber-confidence, that One Piece kicks ass!!!! It starts out sucky, and after watching the 4-KIDZ dub, I just hated it more. But after watching it past 230, I have to say that I can see why it is part of the Big Three, and that it is really, really good (in Japanese w/ nothing uncensored). My order for the Big Three from most to least favorite is Bleach, One Piece, Naruto (I have seen every ep of Bleach, Naruto, and to 140 for One Piece). Of course this doesn't take into account the One Piece fever I have right now, as I get that with every anime I have yet to watch all of.

I just started watching this anime the other day and have watched up to what is currently released(episode 9) and I have to say I've fallen in love with this anime. Mokkun is so cute and Guren kicks butt. I do hope Akiko gets a bigger role it seems to be heading in that direction. Seimei is hilarious went he's talking to Masajiro but strong when he's in his spiritual form.

I just realized a surprising parallel between the KH and bleach universes. Heartless are actually extremely similar to hollows (i.e souls that have lost their humanity and capacity for feeling), which would make Nobodies roughly analogous to Arrancar (although they aren't formed the same way, they're both closely tied to the heartless/hollows and they've regained a semblance of humanity, but not their capacity to feel). The "world that never was" in KH is almost exactly the same concept as hueco mundo in bleach, a world that exists between two realities.

So basically, Xemnas would be considered an extremely strong arrancar if translated into the bleach universe.

Hrm. Actually, I dunno. For sake of argument, Ed's various blades can hurt Shinigami (even if they couldn't, why can't he Transmute up a Zanpakto? :p). Really, it all depends on whether Ichigo can kill Ed before Ed does something tricksy with Alchemy. In theory, Ed could turn Zangetsu into, say, a leek if he gets the chance. However, Ichigo's fast and tough. I'd say Ichigo'd probably win if he attacked right away, but Ed's got a small chance if he can avoid getting slayed long enough to Alchemize.

That's funny since Alucard doesn't have anywhere near the amount of power required to kill Ichigo. The minions he's gone up against in the Bleach manga DWARF the vampire in physical strength. He's taken their blows and held up, so he would have little to fear of Alucard's attacks. Mentioning the guns is pointless in light of this.

Also, if you read my previous posts then you would've realized that they include up to date manga developments. The only requirement stated anywhere to kill Alucard is to be a human who is motivated enough and skilled enough to do him in. The no life king implied this himself when Anderson and friends were trashing his familiars after his zero release. The "traitor", who is the most powerful opponent he's faced so far, can cut buildings apart with his renewed strength. This induvidual is currently beating the crap out of the vampire. Ichigo could manage the feats he's doing in the previous arc.

Ichigo wins this too easily. Even Ed's best alchemy attacks would hurt only hurt Ichigo very little if at all. Considering Renji couldn't even stab Byakuya with a sword, I don't see how an automail arm would be anymore effective against an opponent like Ichigo. Ed loses in fights to someone with quick reflexes and perhaps black belt level skill in martial arts. If he punches a piece of metal directly, his (human) hand would break. Ichigo can punch through a solid zanpakutou mace without using his full strength.

Ed has around average human speed. Ichigo is fast enough to appear at many places at once. Ed's only chance would be if Ichigo spared him like he did Byakuya, and Ed uses that instant to transmute Ichigo directly, killing Ichigo and most likely himself. If it was a fight to the death, Ed loses within 1 second.

Please, think a bit. By the time Ed claps his hands and reaches for something, Ichigo would have been able to defeat him. Ed didn't even have enough time to transmute in his fight against the empty samurai armor, which is hundreds of times weaker and slower than Ichigo. I don't see how transmuting the floor would help him, seeing as Ichigo could break through floors/sand/rocks using strength or releasing reiatsu.

Ed is a normal human, with normal reaction time and speed. He'd be worse off than Ichigo in his first encounter w/ Byakuya. He'd better transmute himself across the gate of truth where Ichigo couldn't get him.

Saber with Avalon could win I think. Avalon is complete protection and comparable to "true magic" of Fate/Stay Night, so it can't be broken despite Ichigo's strength. On the other hand, I don't think Saber can attack while using Avalon, and Ichigo would eventually stop trying to attack an invincible opponent. It would also depend largely on who is controlling Saber.

D. Ed has high reflexes and hand-to-hand combat skillsfor a human. Ichigo's strength and speed is far far beyond the limits of anybody in Fullmetal Alchemist world.

Honestly, if Ichigo did Getsuga Tenshou, what could Elric do to survive it. No stone wall or metal plate could stop it, and it's too big to dodge. Ichigo could jump into and hover in the air (which he can do), rendering him nearly invincible to most of Elric's main attacks. Try countering these points and showing a way Ed could win.

Ichigo does have martial arts training... it is explicitly stated. Ed is not hand-to-hand leetness, he is always beaten by Al. Al's strength and speed are far lower than Ichigo's.

The "can't damage" rule I use isn't the same one as Ed not being able to damage a shinigami because the're intangible/invisible/ souls. It's because Ed does not have the necessary power in any of his attacks. To say he can suddenly damage Ichigo is basically giving Ed extra power because he's too weak normally. Using that logic, a normal dog has enough power to kill Aizen because the "can't damage rule" doesnt apply. A dog does not have the strength to hurt Aizen. Ed doesn't have the strength to hurt Ichigo.

Also, nobody has countered the post about Ichigo using getsuga tenshou to destroy Ed.

Yes, a spear would not be able to impale Ichigo. In raw strength, Renji is at least 2x stronger than Elric. Renji can not pierce Byakuya using a sword. Assuming automail is not made of magic, Elric can not pierce Byakuya using an automail blade. Since Ichigo is around the same strength as Byakuya, this means Edward can not pierce Ichigo.

Getsuga tenshou is very big. It would be hard to dodge with human reaction speed. Using shunpo, Ichigo can do this at near point blank range, or simply cut Elric. Elric would have no chance to dodge because Ichigo will have simply disappeared from his point of view due to the speed of shunpo.

True, Ed doesn't need a weapon. However, Ichigo's sword would make it hard to get close enough to get a hand on him. Getting a hand on Ichigo's sword would also be difficult as it implies somehow preventing Ichigo from swinging it while he attempts to touch it. Although the chance is possible, it is extremely small.

Assuming that Ichigo doesn't immediately shunpo and attack Ed, Ed could bite his fingers and draw a blood seal onto the ground. Then, he could affix Ichigo's soul to a nearby object without touching him. The time needed to do this probably would be too long though if Ichigo isn't in the classic "He's doing something unusual and preparing an attack, so I'll watch" anime expression.

The creators of the Death Note anime probably wants to get paid for all of the hard work they do for the show, meaning they'd most likely want to get licensed in another country to expand revenue. However, I'm the first person to admit that I (obviously) download licensed anime (Bleach). I'm also the first person that'll be in line for the proper Bleach DVDs and merch that arrives in the US, because I want to support what I love.

So yeah, it sucks that we'll have to work harder to find Death Note fansubs, but you got to understand that fansubs are a privelage, not a right. The creators deserve their piece of the pie over our privelage to download copyrighted material.

Getting in close to Kuwabara wouldn't be so easy with his spirit sword extend. He can shoot it like Gin (although not as fast), but he can also curve it. He can also change the shape of his sword to make it fairly big, enough to attack someone's whole body at one time. Chad would have to be quite a bit stronger than Hiei during the Dark Tournament to be able to beat Kuwabara.

I have yet to see the manga where Chad is able to catch Ichigo off guard, so I really can't comment on it. Perhaps Ichigo was caught off guard because he expected Chad to be slow. If a turtle ran at me at 12 m.p.h., I'd be caught off guard completely too, but the turtle would still be slower than I am.

That is true and funny at the same time, but it also depends on the opposing spirit energies. Kuwabaras' strength is based on how determined or pissed off he is. If Kuwabaras' spirit power is weaker, then Chad will have the advantage. Also, unless i am mistaken, he can attack from long range.

Hmm... I think Renji useing Zabimaru's Shikai would be more then enough to deal with any number of Clones, even with his eyes closed.

Remember he can sense Spirits, so he will eventually know who the real one is all the time. And how many shadow clones might one swing of Zabimaru take... Perhaps 20 percent or more of em if we were to say there were a Hundred Spread all out(Needs to be a very hard cover for it not to cut through(REmember Zabimaru has cut throungh Tree & Stonewalls)

Actually, it's not ridiculous at all. If you compare Chad's new performance against the same level enemies that Captains and people of the same level, then it comes out being pretty close. You anime fans praise captain level, when it really doesn't amount to anything in the new arc. Captains are chumps. Also, I didn't say Chad was high captain level, but he's definitely in their zone of power now.

Byakuya's perfomance translated into the new arc would have him getting killed without his opponent even being forced to draw their sword. The bar has been raised that high. He's only a mid tier captain at best as well. So comparing him to Chad is a fair comparison. Shikai Ichigo and Byakuya have basically the same movement abilities. Chad is on that level now or pretty damn close to it. Whether you believe it or not doesn't really matter, since it doesn't change the facts one bit.

In terms of movement, they are comparable. Remember when Ichigo doubted his usefulness when he asked to come to HM? He suddenly appeared out of nowhere and punched Ichigo who could only manage to just block the blow. That is captain level speed I'm not saying that he is close to Byakuya in all aspects, but he does have that level of speed now. Renj and him are probably close in power, which would put him on par with Hitsugaya. See, he's still in the captain realm of power albeit on the lower half of the scale.

Kuwabara, power-wise is probably Mid Cap. level. Speed-wise, he's pretty slow, I guess. I don't recall much from YYH, or remember him ever using speed.

You can't win a battle with just speed, if you can't even damage your opponent. And since Chad will be using speed, he will most likely run out of gas before Kuwabara even warmed up.

Anywho. This match is hard to call. Sasuke looks to be the winner by far, yet Riku is capable of fighting people that far surpass Sasuke in power/speed (Org XIII members).

Sasuke is faster, unless you count Riku's reaction commands to dodge Xemnas' thorns.

Speed - ?

Sasuke has a large arsenal of jutsu, whereas Riku has Keyblade attacks. Riku can create that Dark Barrier, use Aura Bullets, etc.

Power/Abilities - ?

It might come down to Sasuke's Sharingan. Which, contrary to popular beliefs, is capable of doing more than copying jutsu. People don't realize that it doesn't copy the actual attack, but the handsigns(movements) used for them. Which is why Blood-line jutsu can't be copied.

Why did I bring this up? If Riku should bust out his speed, Sasuke can follow him easily, which might be the deciding factor, since Riku can't do that if Sasuke picked up his pace.

It's been awhile since I've played KH2 (got it when it came out, beat it, traded it), but if I remember correctly, there wasn't a name for Xemnas' "million" red orb thing...and likewise, no proof that it's millions of them. I'm leaning more toward thousands. Also, they can be deflected by Riku and Sora, so I'm sure encasing himself in a Senbon field will do the same for Byakuya. If not, then swatting them around the way Sora and Riku did should do nicely...

I'm thinking, Byakuya watches Xemnas launch wave after wave of projectile at him, deflecting them and or sending them back at him...before Xemnas realizes getting in close is the way to go. He teleports into the center of the battlefield to deliver a lightsaber to the heart to find...no one's there. Not saying Byakuya is faster than Xemnas...just that he'd sense his approach before his attack could connect, thereby giving him the mili-second to escape. Byakuya catches him with that binding spell, lobs his head off, and walks away with nary a scratch.

Unlikely? The clone would watch his back? Let's see what I got for that one...that would make things tougher, but I'm assuming reiatsu can be sensed dbz style right? (hence my earlier explination.) Why not visually keep tabs on real Xemnas, and keep mental tabs on the clone via sensing his reiatsu?

Also, are we taking zanjutsu and hundreds of years of battle experience into concideration? Speaking of Byakuya I mean. Xemnas is what...the Nobody of a scientist? That speaks volumes about his fighting prowess...

umm really tired and din read all. But noticed about the beam barrage attack. Byakuya is not good enough at all to deflect that barrage at the frequency and speed it delivers it. Senbonzakura as a defense against it isn't even funny. It's nothing compared to that. Lastly, the only way I see Byakuya having a slight chance of deflecting them all is having Tensa as his bankai which he doesn't. Not to mention the fact that the keyblade's design wreaks of deflection, not so sure about his katana against them.

Oh yea...and don't forget that Ichigo deflected thousands of lil blades which looked like cherry blossoms...which I'm think isn't even 1/5 the power of one of the red beams.

Oh, and Kawarimi + exploding bunshin = dead Ichigo. There has never been canon literature that states Itachi's speed...but Kawarimi has no logical strength or weakness. It simply states that a ninja, using incredible speed, replaces it's body with an inanimate object. In the case of my example, exploding bunshin. If Ichigo connects on attack, best believe it was Itachi's intention. Well, I don't know how powerful he can make his exploding bunshin, so I won't say those are sure-kills. But an easy way to wear down Ichigo.

So let's review: If Ichigo enters the fight without prior knowledge of Sharingan or previous killer intent that will cause him to go all out at the beginning, he WILL be caught with Sharingan. If by any chance he isn't caught with Sharingan, i.e., Itachi sneezes, or falls asleep during Ichigo's macho "I'm SO gonna kick your ass!" speech, then Ichigo wins. If they make eye contact at all prior to any blows being thrown, Itachi FTW. I think that what you're all forgetting is that you don't need to be faster or stronger than your opponent inorder to win.

Not sure if it was a canon statement, but I believe that Kusanagi swords are rumored to "cut through anything". If it's at all true, Sasuke would outperform Riku in a swordfight, simply because he'd eliminate Riku's weapon mid-fight. Chidori Nagashi could pass as his answer to dark barrier. And then, since they both would be moving super-fast, his Sharingan would slow Riku's movements to readable levels.

Also, we've got dragon install, or his instant kill. Like with Xaldin, we have nothing to base Axel's power or skill on, because we don't know enough about him. First, here's a question. Byakuya can't block the arrows/orbs. Why? Sora and Riku proved that they are very much blockable. You're seriously not implying that Sora or Riku are faster than Byakuya. Are you?

Second. You said using Senbon to block the orbs/arrows isn't funny. Well, it isn't, because it's totally doable. If a Keyblade can block it, a sword can. If a sword can block it, thousands of sword fragments compacted into a hard shell that can be reformed with more shards each time it's broken can.

Third, when pulling numbers into the equation, you best have canon information to back it up, or state a disclaimer beforehand. Senbon petals are 1/5 the power of an arrow/orb/beam/whatever? I'd love to hear what source that came from...if you miss deflecting one, it didn't kill you instantly in KH2. It was the bombardment of all of them that killed you. Quantity over quality. If Vegeta fired a thousand ki blasts at Goku, they wouldn't pack the same wallop of one massive Final Flash. If that serves for a good analogy, I dunno...

Ok. In my highest opinion, Dante thrashes Sora. Give both of them their full arsenal of weapons and powers and summons or what not...but team Sparda wins. Dante's nigh-invulnerable, shrugging off being impaled countless times and still joking about it. He can create a doppleganger, stop time, and transform into his demon self, enhancing his already inhuman strength and speed AND regenerating health. Vergil is his twin brother...so let's assume the blood of Sparda grants him the same attributes. Due to the abundance of new arena fights featuring KH characters, I'm sure someone out there thinks Sora and Riku could win...so? Discuss.

It does not take Bankai Ichigo to take match Byakuya's speed. They fought on an even level for a great deal before he even brought his full release out. Hell, Ichigo forced Kuchiki to unleash Kageyoshi first since Getsuga Tenshou made his shikai a moot point. It was only after Byakuya hit him with his bankai that Ichigo brought his out in turn.

Bankai Ichigo was initially so fast that Byakuya couldn't even follow him, but his speed started to drop off right from the start. Both Kuchiki and Ichigo's hollow confirmed this. Shikai Ichigo is just as fast as Shikai Byakuya and Chad is just as fast as both of them. Surprising a person with your speed does mean a lot, especially when they are looking right at you and you're far off.

Chad has a lot of power now. He's physically stronger than a power oriented menos arrancar who retains his original size If Chad can deck a giant, then Kuwabara isn't going to take his punches like they're nothing. He will feel them and they will hurt bad.

I'm gonna give it to Blade, because I believe his armor can take more of a punishment. When he went insane, he was shot with a mini-nuke and didn't flinch. The Voltekka seems more destructive as well. Guyver has a Voltekka-like blast and can regenerate...but only to be incinerated again...and again...and again.

Anywho, Kuwabara would feel Chad's blows, and it would take energy to deflect his shots, but still; Kuwabara is used to fighting people physically stronger than him.

During the first Dark Tournament, he took a gut punch from Toguro(and didn't die). That's like being hit in the stomach with a meteor, and even though he positioned himself so that he wouldn't take the full blow, and Toguro was holding back a lot, that's saying something.

Chad's attacks, although powerful, wouldn't one-hit kill Kuwabara.

- They can both attack from a distance.
- They can both take a lot of damage. (I just remembered that Chad is a walking stone wall)
- They both have powerful attacks.
- Can Chad keep up his speed the entire time? If not, then that would be a problem for him. And Kuwabara, although moronic, is pretty tricky. Chad seems like a brute. (from what I've seen so far, and not reading the manga..)

However, there is a slight gap in power, which could decide the match.

And by the manga spoilers, it sounds like they're making Chad too powerful. I wish I could get trained by Urahara.. Psh. >: /

First off, when he makes a "clone", it's more like a duplicate. It can do actual damage and whatnot, so looking for the "real" one wouldn't matter. And then there are those after images..

And I'm too lazy to put this in a spoiler, so here it is: Xemnas wasn't an average scientist. He is a Keyblade Chaser, as in a godly being that created the Keyblades. Well, there were 3 others, but who cares about them? After he lost his memories, Ansem took him in, and made him is apprentice scientist. So psh. >.>

Binding spells won't be that effective. Why? Because he'd have to catch him for one. Two, who says that Xemnas can't break free of them? And if you want to be like that, then Xemnas can simply capture Byakuya the way he did Sora, and have his clone lob his head off?

And for your second post....

1. Byakuya can block them, sure, but for how long? It took two people to deflect all of those arrows. Byakuya would deflect them with ease at first, but after awhile, it would become more difficult for him. And there are way more than a thousand of those things. Byakuya can continually make his blades, why can't Xemnas continually make arrows? >.>

3. Obviously, if he killed you with one arrow, in a scene where you had to deflect thousands(if not a million), then you'd never beat the game? Sure, you can deflect them all, but dying because of one slip up seems really moronic. I'd kill every Square-Enix member, slow and painfully. :whatevah:

KH works with HP, not actual and logical damage. Getting sliced up by chakrams on fire is a one hit kill, yes? But Axel doesn't kill you with one hit, does he? I can go on with the HP vs Logic damage/kills here, but who cares?

I think Byakuya would win. Xenma's thousands/millions of lightsabers would be a problem, but Byakuya could probably defend himself using his shield. After all, he said his bankai has hundreds of millions of petals, so defending against an attack shouldn't be so much problem.

As for offense, it seems that Riku and Sora are still slower and less powerful than Byakuya. If they can land a hit on Xenmas, I don't see why Byakuya couldn't. Using senkei or even normal version of his bankai, Byakuya could attack Xenmas from behind, so he wouldn't know to teleport out of the way. Using "reiatsu sensing", Byakuya can avoid this problem for the most part.

This fight is so lopsided. Dante and Vergil would run the KH pair through before they even knew what happened. Unlike those two, the Sparda twins have actual feats. The two of them fight so fast that when shown at a normal looking pace, the rain falling around them appears to be in slow motion. I'd say RahXephon would win. It's an actual God. Not to mention, it has wanky powers like time reversal, quantum condensation, flight, and the ability to produce multi-dimensional fields. The energy attacks it produces are also able to destroy any matter within the universe with impunity.

I don't know too much about Sephiroth outside of Kingdom Hearts, but I figure this would be a good match. Both are at full power. Who's gonna win?
