I know most people around are all "Dubs suck!" but what are the ones that didn't suck as bad.

My favorite anime dubs ever would have to be FLCL and Trigun. They did a Perfect job on both of them. I think that I even would go so far as to say the dub of is FLCL is funnier than the sub. Maybe it was the fact that I had to read subs REALLY fast in it that made it worse. idk.

The Fullmetal Alchemist dub is pretty good IMO. Even though the voices sound nothing like the Japanese VAs, they still fit the characters well nonetheless. I liked the Trinity Blood dub as well, I watched it in English before watching the subs, and I don't think it's that much worse compared to the subs.

The Pokemon and Digimon dubs seem the most natural to me, since I'm used to the dubbed VAs, having watched the majority of episodes in English.

Ifirt is a beast, he jumps around and mauls the enemy. He would never be stupid enough to go hand to hand with Belias. Also since they both absorb fire attacks this battle is endless. Ifirt can keep casting fire based magic on himself as can Belias. Both their finishing moves are fire based too.

Although Epyon's whip is big, so are the gundams it's trying attack. A gundam dodging a gundam whip is like a human dodging a human sized whip. Although proportionally they have the same agility for their size, the gundam is actually moving faster due to it's larger size. It's pretty hard to say that Renji wouldn't be visible, considering how huge his bankai is.

A fighter jet is not the same as a gundam. Gundams have far higher maneuverability.

I'm pretty sure that the need will arise in the future. I don't believe in killing small criminals that still have the chance of repenting. I'm pretty sure that in time, our eyes will be opened to a new "Hitler" that will arise. It's quite inevitable. If ever that time does come, I'd want to write his/her name. I think it will be a tough battle, but Sephiroth will lose to Zaraki. Yeah, It will be hard for Zaraki to hit the incredibly fast Sephy, especially with his long sword. BUT, it would be equally hard for Sephiroth to cut through Kenpachi's reiatsu. Kenpachi can also shunpo like when he faced Ichigo, so Kenny's not that slow. In the end, Kenpachi's power will come through for him.

Hell yes i will. I actually have the same ideas as Light to become the next God. Seeing that the society these days are becoming terrible, and the authorities aren't really doing anything. Seeing that the criminals usually get released therefore they continue murdering, raping and robbing. I'd rather take justice in my own hands if i had that sort of power.

Issues about going to hell or heaven? Who cares about that? The chances are you might become a death god, but i'm just assuming. Besides, how would you know if you're going to heaven? You could be sent to hell for doing some minor mistakes in life. You don't know what're the standards for going to hell or heaven.

So, that's my opinion about the Death Note. If such a thing was real and happen to fall in my hands, i'd use it for the sake of justice.

I liked the show Digimon better than Pokemon, the storyline of Digimon is more interesting to watch IMO. Pokemon is getting repetitive with the same events happening over and over again every season.

As for which monster would win, it would depend on which Pokemon and Digimon are competing against each other. But generally I think a Digimon would win, since they have more stages of evolution compared to a Pokemon with a maximum of two evolution stages.

I'm honestly not sure on this one.
Reiatsu as a general certinally shows alot of power. Fast, powerfull strikes, special attacks and such, also healing.
This also applies to chakra, though. Although it doesn't form as a sword, chakra can be made into water-walking techniques, fire breathing, etc. Just as the different types of zanpakutos.. I guess the "fire" attacks from for example sasuke would be weaker than 1st captain's fire zanpakuto, but sasuke wouldn't be limited to only fire techniques, he's also very prudent with lightning.
I dunno what to decide on :P What do you think?

Both around 1:30 that's more than enough time catch Cloud out and finish him. Without the pointless talking, unless he taunts Cloud. And especially on the second clip where he caught Byakuya mid air in using one of his Flash Steps, Cloud can't do them, he could just jump ridiculously high in AC so Ogichi can easily get to him in a nick of time.

You dont have to be dead to use Reiatsu. Look at chad and Orihime they have used it while they are in their bodies. But im not big into naruto but i dont think that they do much with spirit energy stuff. But Reiatsu has to do with soul power not energy in ones body.

first hokage is water/earth element. 1st div captain is fire element. You guys say that ichigo can dodge all of these attacks...yet you have no way of proving it. We see in advent children cloud flying around every which way during the sephiroth battle, cutting massive slabs of concrete in half, etc etc. Hollow Ichigo has massive speed and attack power. For eleven seconds. Cloud can have massive speed and attack power through Omnislash for at least that long.

And since the OP did not specify any rules, the fact that item usage is uncanon (which is debatable itself) doesnt really apply here. Couple of Hero Drinks and megalixers and Cloud is set.

And bahamut took what....10 seconds to summon in the movie? By Kadaj no less, who basically got his ass kicked at the end of the movie by Cloud, was playing around talking to Rufus and taunting him.

And 11 seconds is more than enough time to deal lethal damage, should his Hollow form escape.

For the love of God watch One Piece!!! It starts off slow, but it really picks up and gets really good. Stick with Naruto and Bleach as well. Another really well-made anime is Trinity Blood. I would definitely recommend both that and One Piece.

(according to Berserk's myths about him), Sabre is a dark Teknoman capable of surviving in space and able to take nuclear blasts and survive, Fuma is Kamui's opposite (Watch X the movie and you'll know why he's in here.) And the amount of the they last depends on the amount the user has. I've never heard of Reiatsu being drained quickly. Chakra is used up faster by what I've seen of the two shows.

1. Like I've said earlier, these are all game mechanics. Haste makes your character attack more often. It wouldn't give them disappear-reappear elsewhere speed.

2. Stop doesn't stop time around them, else nothing else would me. It just stops the person.
- It wears off after awhile.
- He would have to hit Ichigo with it to begin with.
- If you want to be cheap and use spells like that, then why not bring MP into this? He can't keep Summoning/Using spells forever.

And let's not talk about the fact that once again, these are ingame things, and would never be used outside, in a real battle - if they were ever thrown into the situation.

Uber FF spells like Stop, Vanish, Warp, etc. don't always work. Ever try using Stop on a boss? It doesn't work. It only works on lower, weaker monsters. Ichigo would definately be boss statis. So, Stop wouldn't work.

And yes, I've played FFX. They move faster, but it still isn't Shunpo speed. No where near it.

And Omnislash is overrated as much as Cloud/Sephiroth are. Come on now. What people don't think about before making FF vs Anime threads, is that FF is entire different from anime.

Why? In FF games, the characters don't move during battles(except recent ones). Everything is decided by stats. For the most part, Overdrives/Limits/Quickenings never miss. This is because it would be too cheap for them too. In an actual fight, there is a high chance of missing, especially when you're fighting someone as fast as Ichigo.

If we presume that like the games, cloud can use limits after receiving damage I would expect serious trouble for ichigo, as Cloud's Limit is seemingly unavoidable and strikes the enemy past any hope of survival, hence the name Omnislash an omnipotent attack that cannot be avoided or dodged regardless of speed. on another note cloud used omnislash version five during advent children which allowed him to hit sephiroth several times before he could even react, a feat which seems significantly faster then ichigo's bankai, not to mention cloud was able to cut debris larger then house's clean in half showing strength on a much higher level. Finally I would like to point out that cloud had dealt with Loz who used shunpo like techniques quiet easily.

cloud's limits always hitting in the game is like tasogare said a game mechanic thing. since its a special move its programmed to always hit. out of game cloud wouldn't necessarily have 100 percent accuracy especially against ichigo's shunpo. even if ichigo isn't boss status he would at least be strong enough so that status effect spells wouldn't work. how exactly would the spells work out of game. would they require incantations? cuz if they did there goes cloud's chance of winning

Has anyone else out there seen Black Lagoon thats pretty bloody specially between eps 13-15, i havn't finished whatching the entire series though.

The Mugiwara's might be far off, but there are characters in the One Piece universe to whom Ichigo would not own. I speak somewhat of logias...but they can be beaten if their weakness is known. Im mostly referring to the gods of OP. Shanks...Whitebeard...Dragon...Mihawk...the other emperors. In that one tiny Shanks vs Whitebeard strike, they split the sky open. God only knows what would happen if they fought seriously.

Zoro cant beat Ichigo. By the end of OP he will have surpassed Mihawk and he would be able to take on current Ichigo, however by then Ichi would have developed into an even more overpowered freak.

Well here's the most recent idea i had for a story:


A story about Shifting fobis(like beeing afraid of hights, spiders etc.)


A person known by the main character, randomly gets fobis about stuff, which he/she don't know what is...
only fact is he/she sees someone getting injured or killed by that thing at a later time... so the hunt is to find the fobis.


Another Idea:


A story about wishes:

A person gets picked for a game played by the gods...
They'll grant any one wish for that person... the wish can always be remade(time will be moved backwards.
The person will conteniue doing this over and over again realising that everything he wishes have pros and cons...
and finally realise he/she has no wishes but to create there lives by themself.


Note: only 1 wish will be active a time, and you can't wish for the same thing again)

Well it depends on if we pick the anime version or the manga version...

I supose we take the anime version corse the manga version survives unscratched being hit by several Hydrogen-Bombs... He can regenerate from what seem to be anything(buddy opend inmade falling out, arm cuttet off, wings cuttet off etc. also he destroys all traces of life in all of europe & asia by turning buildings,humans & animals alike into a mass he controls...


So lets just pick the anime version: He's a strong Deamon Lord, fighting and killing humans and deamons alike... can be wounded and regenerates but much slower he kills very few compared to the manga version...
