Personally, I would use the Death Note if I had the chance, however, before I would even open it and consider what names to write, I'd take into consideration the following things: why am I do it? Do I honestly wish to help, or am I motivated by pure greed and a desire to be a God, like Light? Also, before writing a name, I would consider, who am I killing? Is he/she truly a "despicable criminal" or just a misunderstood person? While there are certain cases where anyone would agree that writing one's name in the Death Note is justified - for example, nobody would say that a mass murdered is a misunderstood individual - but when it comes to more complex situations, I'd have to consider the future and the consequences of my actions - something I note most people here do not do, by the way you write whether or not you use the Death Note.

I'll bring an example of one such situation: would you write George Bush's name in the Death Note? I'm confident that there would be quite a few people here would give an instant and definite "YES!" to such a question. But ask yourselves, are you truly right? Do you see things as he sees them? Are you not biased against him because of the media's influence? Try being in his place, for one day, and try seeing what is happening when you must consider the future of your country and self.

I'm not defending George Bush, nor am I debating whether or not his actions in any given situation are right, of course - I was merely bringing an example. You could bring almost any president or any other leader to that and you'll see that it's very difficult to decide whether such cases can justify the use of a Death Note.

Overall, I would use it, but I would rather do it for my own benefit, that way, I can at least honestly justify any use of the Death Note, be it to myself or a wandering Death God.

You know, reaction commands in KH are game mechanics aswell, right? But enough about that. There's not enough outside of game mechanics to make the two different. If we were going with storyline stuff, Vaan is basically nobody as far as skill goes. His dream of becoming a sky pirate doesn't translate into him being any good in a fight. Then again, Tidus is basicly nobody skillwise too, because he was trained by a failure...hmmm. I guess the fact that Vaan has mastered dozens of weapons and thereby dozens of fighting styles makes him waaaay better at fighting then Meg Ryan...er...Tidus.

Tidus is dead...which seems to be the only advantage I can think of in his behalf, because it saves Vaan the trouble of haveing to kill him himself. Yeah, magic and summons aside, Vaan just out duels him.

Battle of the Bounty Hunters! No handicaps. Both chars have healing factors and vast magical powers. So which one wins? Personally, I don't know. I've yet to see Dante cause any explosions on the A-Bomb level, which Sol without limiter could do...at the cost of his sanity. Well, maybe stronger than A-Bomb level, as Justice completely destroyed Japan with her power, and Sol without his limiter on was able to overpower her...not sure if she nuked Japan with her Gamma Ray or attacked it with her Gear army...so we'll just say that Sol is REALLY powerful. Also, Sol has over a hundred years of fighting and bounty hunter experience, so I'm sure he's got the skill advantage. Dante's devil form most likely gives him a speed edge in the fight (I say this because Dragon Install doesn't increase Sol's speed, only power), and his healing factor is waaaaay more advanced. Likewise, he won't be hindered by pain as he doesn't feel any.

Close fight, huh? I'm going with Dante, not just because I effin' hate Sol, but because his healing abilities could possibly let him outlast Sol's Dragon Install, or he could out-maneuver Sol if they up the anty to their powered up states.

Right then. Guess Belias would have to rely on his experience from spending years as the Dynast-King's guardian and from fighting against the Scion of Light...if I remember the bio correctly. Granted, he lost that fight...but he still fought. Ifrit from X is the spirit of a human, but I'm not sure as to the strength or skill of said spirit before dying. If we knew that, we'd know how effective he'd be in a battle.

He could be the spirt of a mighty warrior...or just some guy. Since I know more about Belias, I'm still voting he wins.

Anyway, take Tidus' agility into account. He's an athlete. But that aside, don't forget about that crazy scene when they were raiding Bevelle to save Yuna. Tidus was flipping from line to line with little effort, while moving at at least 30mph.

Tidus, being an athlete is also most likely a tad stronger physically. And he's shown progress throughout the story.

And mastering millions of styles is useless if you don't have a million weapons. Vaan is only using a sword & shield here, as the first post said. Besides, even if that limit was lifted, its not like Vaan can keep a million different weapons in his back pocket.

Out dueling? Not quite. I'd say they were around even.

And about KH action commands. That is different. Those are acually movements, as apposed to...let's say, the enemy standing still for you to do a 20hit Quickening chain. There's a huge difference.

i think the best english dubb that best suited and sounded the best is yu yu hakusho,

What keeps me watching anime? Well I view anime like I do movies. There's a variety of different ones. A plot line that has continunity and characters that develop over time. Its a nice change from some of the stale american cartoons. I'm not dissing american cartoons because I love a lot of them. But it's a nice change. Plus they do things in anime that they can't do in live action films at the moment.

Come to think of it, I doubt Auron trained Tidus. Tidus only became a fighter through experience. In the beginning, when Sin attacks Zanarkand - and Tidus meets up with Auron - Auron hands Tidus Jecht's sword, asking him, "Do you know how to use this?" Or something similar.

Unknown to most anime fans, many American comic heroes are overpowered far more than Goku. Hulk and Superman are two of them. I don't like either character, but I'm not going to say Hulk, who destroys planets with physical punches or Superman who wipes out galaxies with a sneeze, is going to lose to Goku.

When Goku punches a similarly powered flying opponent, they go smashing into a mountain and stop. People somewhat near Hulk's strength can punch an opponent across an entire continent.

Are you guys serious? Luffy will probably obliterate Inuyasha without Second Gear. His normal strength feats put him well past the 100 ton level. Hell, he punched a guy through a hundred feet of bedrock and upturned all of the surrounding area, buildings included. Luffy can even survive mountain sized objects being dumped on him. With Second Gear, he has speed equivalent to shunpo. His feats late in the manga are even more ridiculous. Inuyasha would get whupped like a dog.

Look, Inuysha is: a. retarded to a fault, b. can't do more with his sword when it comes to humans than he can do with a stick.

Inuyasha doesn't use any battle tactics when it comes to a fight, he charges and slashes, trying to get his opponent. Luffy would just punch him through a wall or three. Secondly, Inuyasha has no style when it comes to fighting, he simply waves his sword around, that's not swordsmanship - he's using his sword like a damn club!

If it was Sesshoumaru VS Luffy, then it'd be another story...

Now going to techniques... provided Inuyasha uses them, he typically remembers about them when it's too late, he has: Kaze no Kizu, Baryuuha, Kongosoha, and Dragon Scaled Tessaiga (from the manga).

Ok, now let's put it into an interesting show: Inuyasha's techniques work ONLY AGAINST DEMONS. He needs their youkai aura in order to produce a proper Kaze no Kizu, and Bakryuuha is out of the question for most demons since they are too weak. Humans without demonic aura can't even produce the Bakryuuha.

Kongosoha might be effective, but Luffy isn't a brainlessidiot like most anime characters, he would use his abiities to deflect the spears instead of letting them pierce him or shouting "haahahha you can;t beat me and getting half of them stuck into his shoulders *hint: see Kenpachi).

Dragon Scaled Tessaiga also work only on youkai. Since Luffy is no Youkai, the Tessaiga is useless against him.

So Inuysha has no powerful techniques against Luffy.

Now to his own abilities: Hijin Tessou and Sankon Tessou.

Hijin Tessou is useless unless he has blood, and Luffy smashes, not cuts, so there won't be any blood. Sankon Tessou might be a problem, but Luffy has enough stamina to survive a couple of scratches before pulverizing Inuyasha.

Nah, please, Inuyasha is a weakling when it's not about demons but humans with special powers.

I never have liked Digimon. There are many different Pokemon types and attacks. I never really watched Digimon so I don't know ALL about it because I never liked it. If you pay attention to the plot it gets much deeper and there is more suspense than just a kid killing people with a book. The Intellectual war between L and Kira reaches high points, Light actually begins to come into contact with the people hunting him down, including L.

The manga kept me on edge and the anime did the same. Watch up till episode 5 or 6, it starts to get real good then.

I'm not a hater of dbz but I laugh at those whom went with goku. Teknoman Sabre can survive in space and the only way to penetrate the armour he has is by either quantum energy weapons or by a venemoid attack. Seriously those whom voted Goku have obviously little or no idea on whom he's facing. All Itachi would have to do to win is capture someone in the blood moon jutsu and then simply kill them. D has the traditional vampiric illusionary techiques and his F(&%ing long sword. Fuma has the powers of a demigod and the earth sword. Zodd would die (but wouldn't stay dead). Unless he was in hell then he'd be impossible to destroy. Ichigo has more power than hes let's on. (remember he destroyed that legendary Zanpaktou.)And also has Ogihci as backup. And Kenshin would die but not after He cause some permenent irrepreble injuries. If this was based on earth. Sabre, Itachi, Zodd and Fuma would be able to go full out cause they have no-one or anything that they need to protect.

SSJ2 Goku can blow up a world. What use are illusory techniques? He'd only need to level a county or so. Sabre's offense isn't very powerful - if Goku's aura stops basically any conventional weapon past SSJ1, I don't think he's going to get anywhere, and "quantum energy" is just a variant of electromagnetic radiation spiffed up into new wavelengths - Chi Blasts are essentially the same thing; it's only a matter of quantity.

Goku past SSJ is basically a god - Zodd wouldn't die permanently but it'd take Goku about six seconds to kill him again. Ichigo can't even destroy a city - he'd get tired after firing about twenty getsuga tenshous at most. Battousai's a mortal; he can't even damage Goku. His blade doesn't even move above Mach 1, and it's blunt.

Itachi can't react fast enough to Goku to trigger any attack. Goku would either destroy him from the xenosphere or just move at relativistic speeds and tear him to shreds. After all, Itachi's a mortal too, and even if he were one hundred times faster than the fastest possible human reflex he wouldn't be able to see Goku, let alone attack him.

If Goku were pre-SSJ this might have been fair.

Luffy's just a stupider version of Goku with stretchy limbs and a straw hat. He'd own Inuyasha. Let's not forget that he seems to be immune to Newtonian physics and is phenomenally stupid, possibly stupid enough to ignore any life-threatening damage. He wouldn't even be able to take Inuyasha seriously because of the cat ears, so he'd just pound Inu and shrug off all damage as impossible.

I agree with Jay. People don't seem to realize that the Phoenix Force would wipe out Kid Buu with a thought. Who needs to counter regeneration when one can simply think them out of existence?

And Superman is 100% indestructible unless there's kryptonite around. Hulk doesn't just regenerate, he regenerates exponentially - as he gets madder the regeneration gets faster. He can tear planets apart and he's stronger than Superman.

Don't even get me started on Flash or Fate. Temporal Ladder > Any DBZ character.

Ogichi, however, does not need to clobber the landscape in order to kill someone. He only needs to strike a vital organ, and 4 tails+ is too slow to respond. Ogichi would just stab him from behind before Narutard realizes he's there. We never see any characters in Naruto demonstrating Bleach-level speed.

The fact you can do more destruction at a time don't necessary mean you are stronger...

If for instance we have 3X3 areas eich with 2 HP then one doing area damadge with a min 3 HP attack that hits 2x2 would win there, but one doing minus 15 damadge might only defeat one.(But at the same time if the areas were to have 10 HP... The area damadge would be nothing)



I'd say In there normal states aka humans, Naruto wins.
Shingami state... Win with ease if Reiatsu, Sight etc(Common abillities are there)

And then there's Pokemon like Groudon ("Lord of the Ground" and the creator of land in Pokemon legends) or Kyogre ("Lord of the Sea" and the creator of the sea in Pokemon legends) who can also destroy the world by themselves if they were thrown into a rage (in the few episodes that showed the two clashing with eachother, had it not been for Pikachu and Groudon, Kyogre would have flooded the world with Archie in control).

The clash between the 3 legendary birds threw the whole world into turmoil when the weather went crazy, Jirachi is capable of giving the entire world its lifeforce, Celebi can travel through time whereas Dialga can manipulate time, Palkia has the power to distort space, and who knows what Arceus (the "God of all Pokemon") can do, seeing as they haven't really released too much info on it. There's also Mew, but I won't say too much about it.

In short, he needs to survive long enough to make an opening with one of his area destroying attacks. Snakeman's super thrust with his sword couldn't even break its skin, but I don't think it's close to the power of a kuroi getsuga tenshou.

vs Robin u'd think Anko dun stand a chance. In fact she can kawarimi herself out of robin's hana hana powers.
