Eikichi Onizuka and Ryuji Danma are members of infamous biker duo, the Oni Baku. When not out riding around, they can be found in school, trying to pick up young women. Toonami is where I got my first dose of Anime, The old Dragon Ball Series of course, as far as I know Toonami was basically cancelled and replaced with [Adult Swim] because the anime that they were showing was "aimed more toward an adult audience."

Anyways I saw that ad when I was uh.... 7? 8? 6 even? It sure does bring back memories. However I was residing in the Philippines during that time and I didn't watch Toonami as often as I watched AXN or other asian channels which featured far better anime...and sometimes more explicit ones too (most of the explicit ones were fanservice animes -_-. Some were stuff like Hellsing :D).

Btw bleach isn't even in toonami right? It's in Adult Swim (since it shows @ 12:30 where I am right now (CT, USA) that means it's Adult Swim. Anything 10pm and before is toonami. It's not gonna be a huge hit like Bleach or Naruto, that is quite obvious, since its not an action/comedy title.

The pace isnt that slow imo, each episode tells a whole story from beginning to end, introducing several characters every time, that isnt too slow in my book.

spiral the manga is good though D:. Lol paradise kiss is a good shoujo anime (manga a lot better!) you should've seen it twice xD. That sucks though. Maybe because it was Asia where i grew up but i remember there were more than 3 anime channels...so great!

And don't bother watching the end of Inuyasha. It ended with a normal episode and a commercial telling you to read the manga. pfft.

Also, the level of reiatsu Ishida had at that point probably would have been far to much for Sasuke to have hurt him.

I did as well, but I tried reading it and I found that I got more and more into it and grew to like the artwork.
It's one of my favourite mangas now, and it's animated version is far better than the animated versions of Bleach and Naruto have been in the last year or two.

Well I just bought a game on my PSP called : Viewtiful Joe Royal Rumble.
And I just love it, and I just realised that the game is based on the Anime Viewtiful Joe and I just jumped up in excitement:Domo !

So anyway, I searched it on You tube and couldn't find episode 1 and further so I just went FFS and searched it on Google and still couldn't find it, either I'm bad at searching or nobody has it...

Obvious this logic is wrong. Although a worm could survive more damage, it is damaged far more easily than a turtle. Dropping a flat stone on a worm would kill it. A toddler could kill a worm effortlessly. On the other hand, a turtle could take a gunshot and still survive. To put it into numbers, 1 "point" of attack force would kill a worm while 20 "points" would not even phase the turtle. Likewise, Vergil is damaged by normal swords and guns (1 point). Grimmjaw can take the equivalent of a small bomb (10-15 points) and come out relatively unscathed.

Precisely at 38 seconds, Lady blocks Vergil's strike. Anyone else reading this thread can verify. For those who aren't familiar with the series, Lady is just a normal human who probably has the strength of the average human female who has gone through military training.

Also for further comparison, you can see Vergil's gameplay strength at the following video (and since apparently gameplay modes mattter, it is on the hardest difficulty). As you can see, Vergil is quite fast, but his "shunpo" is limited to only a singular counterattack unless he transforms. However, even that speed is below bankai Ichigo's top speed and certainly below Grimmjaw and his released state. It's quite obvious that the "hard mode" gameplay Vergil is quite a bit stronger than his storyline cutscene strength.

Vergil is not fast enough to keep up with Bleach characters. I know perfectly well what he is capable of, and none of it is on the level of appearing multiple places at once.

I've played DMC 1 and 3 and beat them all on the most difficult modes. I can do every cancel, but it doesn't change the fact that Vergil's speed is set. Even if he quadrupled in speed, it is still far below the speed of bankai Ichigo and Grimmjaw.

It is you who are trolling. You somehow believe that Vergil is faster than someone who can appear multiple places at once. You think that someone who gets blocked by a normal girl is stronger than someone who can cut down buildings with no effort. You believe that someone hurt by normal guns has greater resistance to damage than someone who is unhurt by bombs. Even taking into account his "gameplay abilities", Vergil still doesn't stand a chance.

Either way, you are the only one arguing for Vergil, which is not surprising seeing as everyone else can properly read English and the fairly obvious evidence. You are arguing on ridiculous premises like "turbo mode reflects his actual strength", exploiting gameplay factors like cancelling, and saying he's powerful because "the player is good with him". Well similarly, Grimmjaw is invincible and can't be killed because I'm just that good with him.

Judging from the Bleach Blade Battlers 2 videos, I can use Grimmjaw with "infinite reiatsu mode", and he has the ability to instantly call down menos grande to cero Vergil to death. Also, he has the "gameplay ability" that allows him to instantly revive when his "health" reaches 0, and he can easily launch attacks equivalent to 10 missiles since shikai Ichigo can do the same. If he's about to lose, he can use "game shark mode" to make it impossible for him to lose. If you count gameplay abilities, then Grimmjaw's ability set grows far beyond what Vergil can do.

As anyone can see, Vergil's feats are far less impressive than that of Grimmjaw. The only way Fullmetal can argue is by bringing in ridiculous factors like "Turbo Mode" and saying that actually represents the character's abilities and speed.

For one, this would be an incredible power. Godlike. And when the human race sees something they don't understand (the power of the death note) they will view it as a threat and try to put a stop to it. Of course most of the time, trying to stop something we do not understand would be very foolish. But when we have a power that can kill anyone, anytime, any place, I believe the world would destroy it.
I mean, sure it's good, making the world a better place. But what happens when the user gets really mad?

I think we determined from the Ichigo versus Sesshoumaru thread that the show "Bleach" is a higher power level than the show "InuYasha". It's like saying, Krillin versus Tsunade. Tsunade is near the top of the foodchain in Naruto, wheras Krillin is near the bottom of DBZ. But DBZ has a much higher "standard power level" than Naruto.

Compared to the current manga Ichigo, InuYasha is WEAK. We're talking somebody who can now take on a released espada with just bankai. Bear in mind that this espada managed to cause long-term structural damage to several buildings, and that was before he released. So unless InuYasha can slice apart several mountain-sized buildings made from spirit particles with ease, he won't be damaging Ichigo. Then theres the speed factor. Sesshoumaru is faster than InuYasha, and Ichigo is faster than Sesshoumaru. Bankai Ichigo appeared in multiple places at once, and this is before he'd learned how to us his bankai!

In addition, Ichigo has got a very strong attack in the Kuroi Getsuga - Ichigo sliced apart soukyoku hill with the normal getsuga. He's much more powerful now.

Then, if Ichigo needs yet another buff, he's got the mask. Ichigo and Inuyasha are on two completely different power levels, and Inuyasha wouldn't stand a chance. As for "meido zangetsuha"...

I'm sure that requires aiming. And besides, a move that sends people to hell? You think that will work on Ichigo, a shinigami?

More to the point, if they are fighting in the Bleachverse or another verse, we don't know if hell exists. It's never been said to exist in Bleach - the closest would be Hueco Mundo. And if you're making them fight in the Inuverse, you're giving InuYasha a clear advantage (he'd still lose, but you're handicapping Ichigo)

So therefore, to keep the battle fair, they'd have to fight on a nuetral ground, say, Planet Earth. And hell dosen't exist on this world. :) (opinion, but you can't prove it, so i am using the lack of proof to disprove it.)

So, all-in-all, Inuyasha would get minced.

There are also now many Tv channell that only aired Anime such as ANIMAX that aired internationally, and maybe there is one of your local Tv channel that also only aired about Anime aswell.

I also think, even if one day the non ASIAN can make Anime 2D, it will just benefits the ASIAN since Anime form of characters are a reflection of the ASIAN themself [ cute and adorable form ] especially if the non ASIAN copying the big eyes art because this is the biggest factor that make Anime characaters [ 2D Anime only ] looks cute and adorable. But I don't know if the non ASIANS can make Anime 3D since the characters are using real human model that means the non ASIANS ofcourse will use themself as the real model.

You will found many of the townspeople changing their hair colour, style, using hair accessories, etc based on one of the Anime show.
-Life style
You will see certain place made based on a place and building based on one of the Anime. Also how the people in those certain place do their daily life such as eating using chop-stick and from rice bowl to eat. And many other life style in an Anime.
I only know Japan and Honkong that are influenced very bigly by Anime. Do any of you know any other place, or the place you live in are one of it?
