The winning pictures from the Divisions and the Espadas will be pittied against each other. The winner between the two will get to steal points from the loser(s).

So take note! While I refuse to make it a 100% requirement, two of the c46 judges just said that they prefer 100%!

Yayyy for DB-sama and Maxi-fukutaichou~
more MS paint material will mean more focus on the skills in MS paint instead of skills in editting an MS paint work to make it look good~
and....it might mean u'd get a much harder (funnier) time trying figure out the picture~ XD
