Whats the worst software you've used, or had a bad experience with it?
I'll start with mine:
Norton Ghost 9.0: Worst disk imaging software I've used. Its full of bugs, its unreliable and horribly slow. I tried modifying the disk space and the partition didn't even boot up. Even Acronis True Image worked perfectly.
Kazaa: Too bloated, a lot of spyware and malware shit. Pure disaster. Don't install or use it, ever. Use Limewire.
And some other DVD copying program. God that was bad. Took like over an hour to just create a image on my hard drive, and when I burnt it it didn't work. Even CloneDVD worked better.
Your list of software that you've used was horrible and you will not recommend this software to anyone?

morpheus: loaded with spyware (the program) also installs GATOR <<< don't allow this on your computer EVER!!! the files from morpheus are riddled with viruses realisticly 80%.
McAfee Virus scan:installation errors on disc. completely useless tech support and horrible client support. this company does not deserve your money!
Real-player: has spyware embedded the searches are geared to sending you to their store player has trouble playing its own file type.
MSN explorer: its just plain garbage don't bother using it.

I've also had problems with these software as well:
Norton Internet Security 2006 / Systemworks 2006: Piece of shit. Both of them take up way too many resources. Norton Internet Security 2006 had bugs in it, when I installed it, it was slow, and whats worse that it killed my internet connection after 5 minutes. And Systemworks 2006 was terrible as well. Didn't like it how they got rid of Cleansweep, which I liked. And the new computer cleaner produced bad results as well.
McAfee Internet Security - Too slow. Too much hassle just to update the whole program. Unlike NIS (Norton Internet Security), you need to open your browser just to download the stupid virus definitions instead of doing it inside the program. Lame.
Norman Anti Virus - This old piece of software was terrible back when I used Windows 95. Everytime when i installed something, Norman would play up and halted my computer with an annoying computer beep. What a headache.

kazaa.... had a million spyware in it
real-player... buffers for like an hour =P and keeps asking to send information
teamspeak, the quality was bad, ventrilo beats it by a mile
mcafee antivirus, was detecting viruses but couldnt delete them... replaced with norton antivirus

Yeah, Norton firewall is pretty bad. I had a bad experience with it as well. Sometimes this stupid message keeps popping up asking me to block or allow the program to access the internet and I "allow". 5 seconds later it prompts me again with the same message, and then the whole session I'm stuck with it. And Norton never bothered fixing it with their updates.
I use to like Norton / Symantec back in the early days. Now their products are shit. NIS 2006 and Norton Ghost 9.0 is by far the worst product I've seen from them lately.
Norton Internet security anyversion is the worst piece of sotfware there is it has the worst virus detection and it wants to block everything on your pc

I have had so many problems setting up networks because of software like Norton. Grr.....
I hate any software that when you use it, automatically without asking you starts connecting to the internet or auto loads when you boot your comp and starts connecting then. It is such a pain to uninstall\disable\configure it all the time. I just want to use it when I want to use it. If I want it to load with windows then I will instruct it to do that, not go by itself.
Another program I really dislike is realplayer or realmedia anything. When I had it for a brief while it consistently managed to bug the crap out of me anytime I did anything with music of video.

Oh, I can't believe I forgot to mention Valve's crappy Steam engine. Gosh, its so infuritating and shit. You must register and update the files and then the game will execute. I understand Valve wants to prevent pirating of their products, but whoever the f**k thought of this stupid Steam bullshit deserves to be shot.
One time I had to update my Counterstrike Source files though Steam before it would let me play. When the update finished (took forever though I have cable, at least Valve could give cable users better transfer rates, geez) I couldn't execute the file, because Steam corrupted it. Since then I held a deep hatred for Steam. Never again I will buy a Steam related product or anything from Valve. And I couldn't use my original Half Life CD to register it through Steam because it said it was already been used.... idiots.
And you cannot play Steam powered games until you register and update, and you need to be online. Come on, WTF Valve? Not evreybody has time or a fast cable connection for this bullshit.
Steam is by far the worst software I've used. Never should have been made.
Sorry for ranting lately, Valve does not deserve you support and money, they need to get rid of this Steam bullshit.

Did you happen to use the latest version of ZoneAlarm? If so, yeah, I had the problems with it, all it did was block everything off the internet and froze my computer. I had to use one of the older builds of ZoneAlarm though.

Try restarting your computer when you failed to install Macromedia Flash within Firefox. That happens to me as well and its so annoying. Wish those guys at Mozilla would fix that.

Never used it, so I can't really say whats the problem. Did you try to reinstall it? Normally when you reinstall software it usually fixes the problem.

Limewire is just as full of spyware as kazaa now.
You will find that every p2p program actually is full of it for you to install it.
Want a laugh? read the EULA when you install limewire, if I remember correctly there is a line that goes:
"You give full consent for limewire to modify and install files that we deem will help support the funding of the program".... <- WTF?
Anyways, the best p2p (simply because its open source, and contains no spyware/adware by nature) is Ares!
Aresgalaxy at Sourceforge people!
Also, Nortons is the devil.

any p2p program is bad imo.
norton takes up waaaaaaay too many system resources for what little it actually does.
