ATB Thread: One of the best techno/trance artists, ever!

This thread is for people who love and appreciate the music of ATB: Andre Tanneberger.

My favorite songs from him are "Ecstasy", "Marrakech", and "It's a Fine Day (feat. Miss Jane)".

What makes him such a good artist in your opinion?

He's my favorite artist because of the way his beats work. Even as he changes the way he works his beats, it all makes the same message.

Use to like him, since 2003 his music went downhill for me. No offense, since then I found his tracks dull and boring. What bothers me that he turned his attention to vocal tracks, I prefer instrumental trance tracks.

Have you guys heard the ATB Remix of Above & Beyond's "Can't Sleep" yet? I have to listen to it again.

But I really liked 9PM Till I Come, Don't Stop, The Fields Of Love, In Love With The DJ and Sunset Girl.

ATB is the bomb haha but as Thundebolt pointed out, he sorta has gone now. I think nearly everyone's heard Ecstasy and I love that song! Other faves are Hold You, 9pm Till I Come and Don't Stop.

Ecstacy was an alright song, I listen to it rarely. His first album "Movin' Melodies" was great. Loved all the tracks, especially "Obsession". Have you guys got "The DJ - In The Mix" Vol. 1 mixed by ATB? It features one of his collabrations with this other german DJ known as Kai Tracid (My favourite DJ), project name Farrago, track called "Union". Great compliation, you guys should check that out.

The only song from ATB I have been listening to these days is Get High. It seems like a really peaceful song for me, a laid-back fellow, haha
