7 Shimigami classes?

Sorry if this is in the wrong area...
I just became a bleach addict last week or so, I just watched the episode where its one week after the rebellion and Rukia finally apologizes and they're go back through the gate and go home.
I also play a MUD called Anime Planet. I wanted to suggest a class for it, except I'm not sure how to go about it. There are 7 tiers, and I have the last ones, but not the first ones.

3-
4-
5 Shimigami
6 Lieutenant (Vice Captain)
7 Captain
I was also thinking about making it a split class (splits after 4th tier) and doing a hollow thing
5 Hollow
6 Huge Hollow
7 Menos Grande
4th Tier needs to be something that can become both a hollow and a shimigami, (or can a shimigami become a hollow) and I don't know what to do before that. Any suggestions would be appriciated.

um cadet, or student for before shinigami and after plus soul

maybe you should also consider plus soul with reitsu

Well, there have been some complaints about the sith Tier, it goes 5th, Sith, (After Jedi) 6th, Sith Lord and 7th Emperor. The complaint is that there shouldn't be more than one Sith Lord or Emperor, Thats why I stopped with Captain.
As for 4th, I think Plus Soul is great because it can become both, right? That's important for 4th tier because that is when it has to split.
Anyway, so what could be the 1st 2nd and 3rd tiers be?

Opps sorry i Missunderstood your post. Plus Soul or somethign like that would be good or what hotaru suggested. My ideas would come into action if you would need an 8th rank ^^;; Sorry about that.
