to clarify further (i suppose using a kite as an example didn't work out as well as I thought lol)

Shiz (noun) One of the species captianus goteius, is the leet leader of the 10th division. Often known to eat noobs for breakfast. Spotted pelt.
Sentence: Sometimes when I'm bored I call Shiz so she can tell me a story.

Function:
A Taichou would be a person who teaches and trains his/her members of the division. Captians are the ones that lead and support their divisions, they're also the strongest of the division and therefore the right person to help you with your trianing. When you are in trouble They can help you out too :D.

Our Taichou:
Well in this case Hinamori_momo48 is a kind and spamfull Captain . I am sure if you have a problem he/she will help you out (i cant tell if she does because i am new in the division and didnt have a problem before) + She/He is the Foxiest of the Division.

What do you need more lol. A carefull and helping Captain thats foxy. That sounds pretty perfect to me ^^
