I have thought of lots of things that have bothered me and here they are:
1. About how old is Hitsugaya?
He is NOT really 12 years old. Remember the flashbacks of Renji, Hinamori, Kira, and Hitsugaya? That was pretty long ago. So Hitsugaya is actually older then Ichigo? Wouldn't that mean that Ichigo is the "boy genius" prodigy thing?

2. What would happen if Ichigo dies?
Will he go to Rukongai and become a true shinigami? Or is it that since he already became a shinigami, he lost his chance of a second life?

3. When you're killed in human form, you become a spirit and wait for a shinigami to send you to Soul Society. What about Ichigo's mom and Uryuu's Grandpa? They died from hollow attacks (That Fisher thing ate his mom and hollows killed Grandpa Ishida). I don't think they would become a hollow because they were humans at that time. So, did Ichigo's mom and Ishida Uryuu's Grandpa go to Soul Society or become a hollow, like Orihime's brother?

4. What the hell is Ururu? Did Urahara make her? If he did, then she must be a mod-soul because Urahara can only create the gigai and mod-soul (for instance: Nova, Rinrin, Cloud).

5. Did Zaraki Kenpachi go to Shinigami school? He was pretty old in his flashbacks before becoming a Shinigami. So if he did go to the Shinigami school, he would've been middle-aged. That would make no sense because all the people in Shinigami school looked young. And if he did, I can also conclude that old people and middle-aged people would be in the schools, even though the flashbacks of Kira/Hinamori/Renji showed only teenagers.

6. If arrancars are hollows given shinigami powers by Aizen's ball thing, then what happens if you kill an arrancar using a zanpakutou? Will the arrancar go to heaven/hell (hollows are humans)?

1) No clue... Other than Ichigo, his classmates, and Rukia, no one else's age is revealed.

2) I think if he died, in human form, he'd go to rukongai. If in Shinigami form, he'd go wherever the other shinigami go when they die.

Uryuu was killed by hollows because shinigami let him be killed. Zaraki does have a zanpakutou and used it to kill the former captain.

As for Zaraki in shinigami school, I don't know. He had a shinigami uniform on when he defeated the former captain and could not have gotten inside Seireitei if he wasn't a shinigami unless he snuck in.

maybe he didnt sneak in, coz the shinigami already knew who he was. and how power hungry he is. so it is impossible for him to have snuck in coz they wouldve attacked him before even fighting the captain

True enough. Hitsuagaya is older than fifty, but it is not known how old exactly. That makes him waaaaaaay older than Ichigo.
And for the second part of your question, yes, that indeed makes Ichigo the bot-genius. Bad luck that Hitsugaya was in Soul Society long before Ichigo was. But of course, it doesn't make Ichigo better than Hitsuagya in terms of Captainicy, because Toshiro became a Captain at such a young age (Soul Society standards), and while Ichigo has the power of one, he is no Captain. Hence it is Toshiro who is the boy genius and not Ichigo.
2. What would happen if Ichigo dies?
Will he go to Rukongai and become a true shinigami? Or is it that since he already became a shinigami, he lost his chance of a second life?
If Ichigo dies then Bleach ends. But in truth, should he die in his spirit form, then most likely he is already dead and will die permamently, because he is already a spirit. But if he dies while still in his human body, then he will just leave it and be in his spirit form.
Oh and he already is a Shinigami. It's just that according to the laws of Soul Society, he isn't one. Otherwise, he is a perfect Shinigami. Sword and all.

About Ichigo's mother, Masaki was eaten by Grand Fisher and became fodder to increase his power. Thus, her soul never reached Soul Society. Her soul was devoured and destroyed. You don't expect the food you eat to suddenly jusp at you, right? :D.
As for Ishida Soken, Mayuri states that he specifically made sure than he would be killed (or at least, his phisical body was dead), and took his soul to Soul Society in order to experiment on a Quincy.
Neither Kurosaki Masaki nor Ishida Soken became a Hollow or reached Rukongai. Both died, only different ways.
4. What the hell is Ururu? Did Urahara make her? If he did, then she must be a mod-soul because Urahara can only create the gigai and mod-soul (for instance: Nova, Rinrin, Cloud).
Sadly none knows. For now, Ururu is as much a mistery as how are the burgers in McDonalds are healthy.

As far as we know, he never entered the Shinigami Academy. We don't really know what happened to him - neither the anime nor the manga elaborates much on it, to the best of my memory - but I'd assume that he just challeneged the 11th Captain because he wanted a strong opponent, and because he thought that as a Captain he would have many strong opponents (because only someone really strong would be able to bypass all the other Shinigami, to his thinking. He never heard of stealth)

I wish we knew... I think that what happens to them is as to normal Hollows - they are just purified and go to Soul Society. Or maybe they are just like Shinigami, and just die.

I don't think Kenpachi would've snuck in OR walked in. Think about it. How could he have entered Soul Society? Remember that there is a barrier surrounding it. Plus, he had on a shinigami uniform when he killed the captain. He either stole that or it was his or he took it from someone he killed.

Well, those are really good answers for Questions #1,2,3. I think the rest are things that Bleach forgot to cover (The Zaraki Kenpachi one is obviously a plot hole -_-).

As for question four:

I think she isnt a modsoul , injuryies on her body do really hurt her and put her in danger , so she isnt just a mod-soul , for them it wouldnt matter at all.

All of Uruharas shop assistants are wierd. They are all super human and dont seem to be normal mod-souls.

As said, Ururu appears to be no more than is evident on the surface - a child with some sort of Spiritual powers.

But asking what Ururu is is the same as asking what Tessai or Jinta is. So far as I'm concerned, their all just weirdos.

And Kenpachi - well, I think it's likely he just barged in and challenged the Captain.

I wouldnt call Zaraki "middle-aged" in any of those scenes, or even now. He was probably fairly young in those flashbacks. He just looks older because hes so scarred and toughened by a hard life. I'll bet he did go to shinigami school, though he probably tore through it much quicker based on his skill with a sword. Then he went to work for 11th division, decided he was better than his captain, and challenged him.

Aye I guess thats the point. He has massive reatsu and skill in sword fighting, but I doubt hell even attempt to use kidou. Probably the same reason why he hasnt been able to achieve shikai or bankai. Hes got alot of catching up to do.

most of the shinigamis have to transform in to "soul form" to use their zampakuto (ichigo, hitsuyaga, rukia, renji...) but some doesn't need to do that (Urahara Kishuke) or Vaizardos (Hirako, Hiyori...) so why is this so messy? how to do the other guys get a visible zampakuto without having to trasform?

Urahara is in his "soul form". Hirako and Hiyori are in their "soul form". Hirako is the only vizard that goes in a gigai (I assume). He never fights in his gigai. If you ever notice, there are pauses between Hirako and school and Hirako talking to Ichigo.

Response to Answer 6: Why would the arrancars go to hell? Arrancars are hollows given shinigami powers. Hollows are humans that unwillingly become a hollow. The hollow side dominates over them. If you kill the hollow, then the human spirit goes to heaven.
