Eps 89 looks like shojo anime

The animation and artwork done in Episode 89 looks like it has been creator by Shojo anime artists.

Have you seen how pretty Ichigo look in that one scen and how Inoue's chest actually shrunk and look leaner?

Wow, Chad also looked more handsome than usual. Ishida actually look even more girly.

Amazingly the girls such as Rukia, Rangiku, and Inoue are drawn very neatly just like other shojo anime series..

Kira and Hisigi look so wimpy and thin.

^^ yes very interesting but untrue I think every anime has a bit off episodes that aren't quite p to snuff in quality but ichigo has changed in looks in past coupl of episodes

I think that the current artists of the anime were drawing Shoujo anime/manga before. That's the only reasonable explanation to the fact that everyone is leaner and more girly.

I dont give a damn, who cares if it looks shoujo, it is shounen, doh. Kinda obvious, rite? Such *intense* fighting scenes dont appear in shoujo. And chad NEVER appears handsome. NEVER.

You can be handsome in many ways, it's the matter of taste, so it's really difficult to say if he appears handsome or not.
