urahara's training

The last task of urahara's training with ichigo...when ichigo called out zangestu...why couldnt he control himself and broke urahara's bloodmist sheild? (not to mention if urahara didnt use his sheild and see his arm fly away)

At the moment, Ichigo always possessed a strong reiatsu and couldn't control it, therefore breaking the bloodmist shield thing. I'm thinking he couldn't control it out of having such a strong reiatsu for being as unexperienced as he was at the time in terms of being a shinigami.

yea... he was just randomly blasting his spirit power... unless like ichigo was fighting zaraki and focus his spirit power... he maybe ichigo can break the bloodmist shield... and the shiled was no ordinary shield... urahara is a captain remember???

If Ichigo would try to attack Urahara Once again with such an attack ( or even Black Getsuga Tenshou with mask on ), Urahara would oblireate it and send Ichigo Flying... why? Urahara has not yet uncovered his Bankai, so plenty more strength is hidden under his cloak.

Dude, just use [*spoiler=]TEXT HERE[*/spoiler] without the asterisks. A few pixels of space doesn't do squat for spoiler protection and that particular revelation is pretty big IMO.

No. First of all, he is like Kakashi in the anime Naruto. He likes fooling around and doing funny stuff, but when it is time to get serious, he does it. He's just an outgoing type of a guy.
There's no reason to do that. He doesn't even act weak...

I think he was a captain, in the manga he turns back into a shingami after 20 years with uraharas help, dunno if it mentions he was a captain, but he takes down a arrancar in about 2 seconds, although the arrancar was a weak one.

OK I'm with the fact that maybe Urahara could defeat Ichigo, And yes we have not seen his bankai, But all you people are acting like it's gonna be this be all end all move of ultimate destruction, And dont get me wrong I'm sure it will be bad ass. And he could probably even defeat Ichigo (probably) But as far as Ichigo being "obliterated" and being put down in 2 seconds.....Get real

Well I'm not sure if this matters or anything but in the manga when he was in his shinigami form, he had a torn parts of the captains jacket thing on parts of his Shinigami outfit.
