They haven't unless you mean during Soul Society or in the manga.

I dont think they ever actually meet face to face in the anime. Or if they did it's implied and was never shown. When the vice captains were dispatched to the real world Ichigo knew Kira, Inoue knew the 9th squad vice captain, and Chad knew Matsumoto. So I'm assuming when they were in soul society introductions were made but they skipped through it. I don't read the manga so don't know about that.

I didn't think they ever 'Officially' met Hitsugaya.
I don't even remember seeing hitsu talk to any of them.
