firefox problem

im having problems with d/l links in firefox. Everytime i click a link to dl something this thing pops up:

Have you tried changing the directory path to a different location? If it's having trouble with where you're trying to save it, then maybe you should try putting it in a different place

Yeah, I'll try changing the location. The name of the directory looks wrong, should be a long directory name instead.

If Firefox doesn't work, just switch over to IE for a that task.

I've been using Firefox..forever, and I've never seen that error before.

its a firewall or spyware scanner problem.

they are limiting access to the files.
