I can easily make it to lvl. 8 with 4 lives, but then the ball goes NINJA on me and I fail.

GASP, quasi-cheats!!

I don't know if any of this works, though.

-When hitting the ball for extreme curveball action, when the ball approaches swing in the paddle in short circular motion, so that when ball connects with the "paddle" extreme curve is create
-When curving the ball, try to put your extreme curveball off the wall, after connecting with the wall the ball tends to take a crazy bounce and trick the computer.
-On serve don't just hit the ball, but curve it, first couple levels computer is so slow that you can get access by curving the serve and you also get extra points for super curveball effect.
- When hitting the ball, hit it diagonally to create horizontal and vertical curveball effect as opposed to just one of the above
