Name: Risei Kainashi
Race: Renegade Shinigami
Appearance: Hair is a messy medium length brown cut, and he has a small, scruffy goatee. His garb is the standard model, but there are bandages underneath it (like Ichigo's Bankai mode). Risei also has a red scar across the bridge of his nose. As for his stature, Kainashi stands at roughly 5'7", and weighs around 125 lbs.
Bio: Just as his name suggests, Risei was a man of reason during his time in the real world. However, that all changed one night when he ran right into a drunk driver and unfortunately died in the aftermath of the accident. Ever since he began living in Soul Society, he envied the Shinigami, to the point where he even joined their ranks. But this is where he lost his reason and became greedy. Having idolized Hitsugaya, he wanted more than anything to join the 10th squad.
But was denied. Risei was more of a fighter than a scholar. Soon all of the Goten 13 insisted that he join with Zaraki. But Risei refused and became infuriated. Eventually he left Soul Society with all of his Shinigami powers, and began to venture into the unknown.
Hobbies: Sketching, practicing his swordplay and Reiatsu useage, Eating ramen, Amusement parks, Extreme sports.
Personality: Hesitant, but once he makes up his mind, there is nothing that can stop him. Risei also believes in the concept of equilibrium (that a set amount of good can counteract the same amount of evil, and so on...)
Fighting Style: Kainashi mainly uses a duel-wielding style with his Zanpukto, using his sheath as a shield in his right hand. Once he achieves shikai, Risei will be able to combine the blade and sheath to create a double-sided sword, or just make the sheath into another blade itself. Risei's elemental affinities are mainly to fire, but he also posseses some skill with wind, allowing his jumps and shunpo steps to be exaggerated.

The technique which every shunpo attack is built on, this allows the user to move rapidly from one place to another.
#13 Reiatsu Ball
The Shinigami focuses and produces a small ball of concentrated reiatsu, which the then direct towards their opponent.

A simple slash at the enemy with your zanpakutou
#6 Kokei
Use as much strength as possible to make a single slash as powerful as possible
