I have no idea, but if you search around on Google, I am sure you can find some. There are actually quite a few sites with Bleach screencaps ;)

For now check out http://animestocks.com for latest bleach episode screenshots. The new galleries will be up as soon as unholy as the time to do so.

there is also bleachsp. if you google for images you will find it. the only problem with bleach sp is that it's a spanish website. you can download stuff there too. but if you download episodes it's spanish subtitles.

Google. You can get a LOT of anime pics/screenshots on Google..(I used to go to a german Bleach website. U_U Couldn't understand ANYTHING..U_U)
