Death and life in SS?

Over the past few days I have been wondering about deaths in SS, I know people can die in SS and when they die that it will be forever, but what I'm wondering is whether or not Shinigami and others can die of diseases such as AIDS? Can they contract STDs like Chlamydia? Also can two people have a baby in SS, I mean wouldn't that be giving birth to a technically dead baby?

I think that when a person dies in SS his soul is reincanated in the real world. And yeah, the ppl in ss have diseases, Ukitake is an example of this. Not so sure about the baby thingy but since there are the great noble families and ppl that claim to have born in ss, i think it is possible.

They say that when a person in SS dies, they reincarnate back to the living world. Yeah, I think they still "decay" in SS since you can find old dudes in there. Take for example old man Yama
