Div banners

Pardon if this is being discussed somewhere else but I notice tons of division members have a division banner where the skulls should be, will 12th be getting these? Do they need to be made? If so I'm opened for em.

What I don't understand is why they have it, the contest isn't even started...

I submitted ours, I am not sure why we don't have them in place yet.
