Well she does have a weakness around Yoruichi. It seems a lot of her harshness is just put on as a defense mechanism, and often around Yoruichi she lets it slip.

You can't. The limit is 2 pics and the max resolution combined is 500x500.

You can edit your pics into one pic by putting them side by side. It may not look as nice but that's your only solution if you want more pics. I believe 'elite' members get special privileges (in other words, people who suck up, spam up to thousands of posts) ;)
