This title is kinda intriguing...the moment I read the title on this episode the first thing that comes to my mind is that Byakuya having a hard time against kariya...hmmm.:eek13:

It looks like the fillers will be picking up some action but they definitely won't be ending soon. Naruto has been on fillers for over a year and a half and still doesnt show signs of them ending yet, and Bleach usually uses 3 mangas chapters per episode while Naruto uses 1-2 chapters at most per episode. So really don't get your hopes up on anything unless it's a title from a valid official website that actually says that the fillers will end, people are going to end up making threads about little things that seem like hidden signs of fillers ending for another year. I don't want to be a downer but it's true. :rolleye09

It's a bad idea to end the fillers now. Bleach anime is still too close to the manga. If we return to the manga now, we'll get another long season of fillers after a month of canon (manga). I rather get it over with now while the filler pace is decent. Who knows what filler arc will they come up next? I'm just happy that Don Kona'ji isn't in there.

Naruto has been on fillers for over a year and a half and still doesnt show signs of them ending yet,

Apparently Naruto's fillers are ending fairly soon. It will show the Kakashi Gaiden thing from the manga, which I don't read but apparently that particular section wasn't very good. :rolleye09

As for the filler thing, I already explained this twice; If the fillers had just stopped and today a proper episode came out, there would be about 26 or so episodes of them (so that's half a years worth) before the fillers would have to start again. At this point, there would have to be around 70 episodes of filler (almost a year and a half - there have been roughly 30 filler eps this arc so imagine how bad 70 would be) before they'd have enough manga material for a new proper season.

This pattern will loop indefinitely. There are several ways around it, however. One is for KT to actually put more info/events into each chapter so that the anime "consumes" the manga at a slower rate. Another is to simply adapt fewer chapters into each anime episode - but that will make the anime feel poorly paced, tedious and drawn-out. I imagine this is what happened with DBZ during the Freiza Saga.

Whichever of these things happen (if any happen at all) filler will still crop up unless they only put only one chapter into one epsidode, but then they'll have stretched about 10 minutes of events into 25 minutes of events - on other words about 60% of each episode will be silent lingering camera shots, people just walking around with no dialogue or plot advancement or just pure made-up comedy bits. That would clearly be an awful thing to do.
