What would be your dream divison?

The reason I just said division is because this would include quincy's (even though there is only one), chad's power, and Orhime's power and of course shinigami's. Well my dream divison would have Ishida, Orhime, Chad, Ichigo, Ganju, Renji, Urhara, Yourichi, Soi Fon, Shunsui, Ukitake, Byakua, Jidanibou, and of course Zaraki Kenpachi.

agreed, but without a fighting force, it would be more like a special forces unit and less of a division.

My dream division would be a well balanced of the 4 essential skill which Aizen talked about.

Yoruichi/Soi Fong for speed/close range combat.
Byakuya for long distance attacks.
Kenpachi/Ichigo for strength/power house attacks.
Yamamoto/Hitsugaya for elemental attacks. The combination of extreme heat and cold would destroy anything based on Physics.

I'd have to say a divison build entirely upon stealth and speed. It would be just a huge assassin's divison, where only those truly skilled in swordsmanship could even consider.

If i get to be a captain of a particular division(no.1 sounds perfect. Lt's just hope yamajii retires), that division would be in charge of administration or perhaps, spywork and assasinations(sounds cool) of hollows and evil shinigamis. Like what kenshinsan said, it's better to have quality over quantity, so i wouldn't even mind if there's only five members as long as we get to lead, spy and kill better than any other divisions. That division must also be working closely together with the 13th division so i get to spend more time with ukitake. Hehe!! And plus, since i get to be captain, i might be able to start a romance with.....well, you people know who i'm refering to. So there's no need to say it out.

But if it's just a normal division, I want to be in the 13th division together with ukitake taichou. And i get to be the vice. Yay!
