Help finding a quote/episode number

I need some help finding an episode. During the SS arc, Ichigo has a few lines. Something like "If I attack, I will cut. If I defend they will be saved" Something like that. I need the exact line, so if someone has the japanese of it and the translation that'll work as well, if not, the episode number will be great.

My friend is leaving for Afghanistan on Tuesday. He'll be with convoys, transporting supplies and nationals. Basically he'll be on a truck with a gun for quite a while. I think he'll appreciate the quote.

Just download the episode and listen to them saying it 100 times over. They say it like 5 times in the episode.

I have the episode, but I don't think I'd be able to properly write down the correct japanese. Hence the request. Otherwise I would've made that attempt.
