Who is the best captain both as character & Fighter?
Zaraki because even without bankai he became captain and also like his passion for fightin.

I'll go with Byakuya.. Love his character, as well as his style for fighting.

The strongest fighter and the best captain would be Yamamoto (Why isn't he in the poll?), but Hitsuguya has the greatest potential, once he's gotten experienced and stronger.
He'll probably become one of strongest captains, if not the strongest.

It's odd. Byakuya is my favoutite captain really, but I voted for Unohana for two reasons. One is that I feel that she'll get less votes than him and I always go for the underdog and the second is that she's more mysterious at the moment, and I want to know more about her. Byakuya, bless his arrogant heart, is not mysterious at all anymore 'cause we know his motivations and loads of episodes have featured him or been based around him.

Yeah - Ukitake's one of my faves. I like all of the captains, but I do keep an eye open particularly for Byakuya, Unohana and Ukitake. I also like Kyoraku, but he's so crap in Bleach DS that I weirdly went off him a little as a character... >,<

I'll suddenly become a hell of a lot more interested in Kenpachi when Kubo does the inevitable bit when he learns the name of his zanpakuto and learns shikai and bankai. That'll be one of my favourite bits in the whole of Bleach. Anyway, if I was a shinigami, I'd rather have Ukitake as my captain.

Ukitake is pretty shizzling alright. In reality though, almost all the captains are. The only captains who arent cool (IMO) are Tousen and Konamura, who I just think are kind of boring. Even Mayuri is cool, because he's a very effective villain. Truth be told, I love 'em all.

Strongest Captain: Yamamoto.
Coolest Captain: Kyouraku. With such a laid back attitude you know he has to be really strong lol. (Byakuya comes in second)

Personally I'm gonna have to go with Soifon. I've always been partial to characters who use more martial arts techniques (next to characters with huge swords) Plus Soifon is fast enough to keep up with Yoruichi. Also her shikai is rather impressive as all she needs to do is touch you twice in the same spot to kill you. And last but not least, I think lesbians are pretty cool.
