Mars

So reflecting on my adventure through the world of manga, I came to the realization that Mars is my fave manga of all time. I came across it about 4 years ago at a bookstore and up to now I always pick it up. I'm a total sentimentalist and the way Mars incorporated the classic bad boy meets good girl into a manga was cool. Mars being the manga by Fuyumi Soryo...straight out of Shojo Beat. So I was wondering if anybody else has read it.

MARS was the first manga I'd ever read either, and I'm convinced it's the reason I'm addicted now. Rei and Kira are forever the great 'love conquers all' couple to me now. I was never able to get my hands on any of it, but I was told that they made a live action TV series after it. I think in Taiwan?

but then I read it long time ago so I don't remember all the characters names =( I really like the ending though! it's so suspenseful when it's their wedding night and Rei gets STABBED!! O__o"" it was so unexpected! I thought the stabber (for the lost memory of his name...) was suppose to be locked up in an institude!! Man, it was scary

bleah! I saw the live action - TW version with Vic Chou (Is that his name ?) and it was horrible, at least in my opinion.

The manga is waaaaaaaaaay better. Did anybody buy the special extra edition (Book 17 or something I think)? It was awesome. They talked about how they first met etc etc. =D I love REI <3333333 I thought the ending was really fitting. Especially the last few lines about him continuing to race.
