well its gonna be owning for kenpachi.he wont be scared of normal shikais i guesss. so the rainbow attack might cut kenpachi but wont make him a goner. instead kenpachi might pwn him with 2 -3 slash

Its from Warcraft... way back when they had a typographical error (wrote pwn instead of own) and like most things on the internet it took on a life of its own (same as other catch phrases like "all your bases are belong to us")

No offense. But I would avoid Anime News Network for source of title because it's unreliable. Anyone can post and edit information. There was a big fuss at Narutofan Forums when someone posted fake titles on Anime News Network. It led to alot of false hopes about Naruto going back to manga.

He may have learned it's name, but he won't release his shikai and especially not his bankai.
And he most likely won't do anything that can indicate him having learnt it or not.
Because these are fillers, new things can't (well atleast shouldn't) come in fillers.

While this is true it doesn't take away from the fact that having her fight would be funny. I can't imagine how they would do it but I'd love to see her kick some ass and dance around smilling in a pool of blood and entrails.

EH. WRONG. ANN is very reliable. So what, they messd up once, that doesnt ruin all their credibility, its still one of the best anime news sites out there.

As for the topic at hand, i dont know how well Kenpachi can keep up w/ Ichinose. Im sure Kenpachi will beat him for the sake of closure, but its is definitely not going to be easy. That would be boring, and only increase my hatred toward Kenpachi lovers who will most likely use that as a trampoline to advance their views on him.

I don't think Kenpachi will release his zanpakutohs power against Ichinose, I mean Kenpachi's character is the type that holds his power back and plays with the enemy like a cat playing with their food and ones he's tired of it he'll finish the fight using his own power...

...however, somehow I wish that Ichinose will make Kenpachi work hard so that the fight'll be better....I mean if Ichinose won't stand a chance then the fight will be as boring as hell.:whatevah:

Didn't the Bount arc start the day after Ichigo came back from Soul Society?
I doubt Kenpachi would have learnt his Zanpakutou's name in the few days that have elapsed since the Bount made an appearance.

I don't expect anything new from Kenpachi, but I wonder if Ichinose has attained Bankai ... I don't see him standing too much of a chance otherwise.
He'll have some trick up his sleeve, in any case ... like maybe a snack for Yachiru. XD

The rivals finally get their rematch, this is awsome. I hope that this two put up a good fight. Ichinose is an interesting character i would like to see more of his story arc and his relation with kenpachi. Personally, I am routing for Kenpachi to win because i think he is strong and loves to take challenging fights which makes him a true shinigami/warrior but we should not underestimate ichinose, he may have turn to the bounto's side and may have gotten evil and stronger too, i bet he has a few tricks under his sleeve too. :)

It looks like everybody is underestimating Ichinose.
Ichigo defeated Kenpachi without using his shikai or bankai.
Ichinose was defeating Ichigo.
Which means that Ichinose is around Ichigo's level.
So Kenpachi will have a difficult fight.
Though i'm sure Kenpachi will win in the end.

Ichinose is a filler (he doesn't exist in the original story) char so it's very unlikely that he will rejoin Gotei. At least I hope he wont.
