Ah... the best eyes belong to:
Matsumoto Rangiku (big, blue, and i bet she can make them say "come here, you won't regret this...").
Kuchiki Byakuya (they say "come closer, you'll regret this...").
Ichigo/Ogichi (Ichigo has the craziest eyes: they range from emo to insanity. Ogichi is just plain insane).
And of course, Urahara. Shady eyes FTW.
